OT: Villanova guard scored 105 points

Word that the Villanova guard scored 105 points in a game at the Watson Basketball Classic first circulated via Twitter over the weekend. As the days passed without video evidence, confirmation from Fisher or even a reliable box score, the story has taken on an urban legend-like quality.

I read that last night and didn't really think much of it. High level college/NBA players should be able to drop 100 or very near to it in lower talent level tournaments. Hell, I put up 25 last year in an intramural game off the bench. I would hope someone like that could score 100.
As for the assists thing, maybe 1 or 2? lol but if a guy is scoring like that, you can't help but feed him the ball

the article doesn't say about his stats other than his points and attempted 3's. too bad for this kid, no boxscore, no video. sucks to have this knid of game and it's just spreading through word of mouth.

Somebody needs to inform the Knicks mods of this. I see posters on that board posting full articles all the time including ESPN insider stuff. Come to think of it, I think I've seen mods posting full articles there too.

Actually don't say anything because that board is a lot of fun to read.
