so nice of Larry Brown, Michael Jordan & the Bobcat family to welcome Dean Smith to Training Camp. Southern Cali was to have John Wooden for such a longtime. Dean Smith is on the same level as Wooden.
It is just really nice to see him attending your Training Camp, my eyes are misting up as I write. Cherish this guy while you still have him, he means so much to this great game.

Co-sign Dean Smith is a true legend and revolutionized the game. It's a shame that his memory is beginning to deteriorate though.

As a huge MJ fan and a huge UNC fan, it really saddens me to see his health decline like it is. Dean is on basketball's Mount Rushmore and is one of the most highly respected people in the game. The fact that he's one of the very few people MJ loves and listens to speaks volumes about the type of man he is.
