GT: Dec 10 Bobcats at Pacers

Based on the lolcat inspired Nuggets GT that achieved great victory both on and off of the court, as well as the presence of LB around the franchise in general, I think it's obvious that our squad responds well to negativity. Let's keep that rolling and trick these chumps into winning another one. Things have mellowed around here since the Nuggets victory, but the Bobcats are still not good. The Pacers are sitting at .500, but looking at their roster, they're not good either. Bunch of basketball mutants on both sides... and I've found my muse.

BROTHERHOOD of EVIL BOBCATS (8-13)

Lead by:
Image
Larry Brown CODE NAME: MAGNETO
Image
This old mother **** is CRAZY. A philosophical idealist, he handpicks his talent and doesn't understand when they fail, often turning on them outright. He's been around forever and has some good intentions, but it's hard to see things through when you're a nutter.
Featuring:
Image
DJ Augustin CODE NAME: PYRO
Image
Manipulates fire.

Image
Stephen Jackson CODE NAME: MYSTIQUE
Image
Enigmatic shapeshifter. Likes guns.

Image
Gerald Wallace CODE NAME: MASTERMIND
Image
Generates illusions, manipulates memory. Was it all a dream?

Image
Boris Diaw CODE NAME: THE BLOB
Image
NOTHING MOVES THE BLOB!

Image
Nazr Mohammed CODE NAME: SABRETOOTH
Image
Big dude, doesn't seem to age.

In Reserve:
Image
Shaun Livingston CODE NAME: UNUS THE UNTOUCHABLE
Image
I don't really know who this is, but don't touch Shaun because he might break.

Image
Tyrus Thomas CODE NAME: JUGGERNAUT
Image
Virtually unstoppable momentum. Hard headed.

Image
Derrick Brown CODE NAME: TOAD
Image
Can jump high. What else is he good at?

INDIANA PACERS (10-10)

Also likely to see action:
TJ Ford

I think the Bobcats should be able to win this. I think that Wallace might be on the rebound, so we'll see how that works out.

Ahhh it's finally occurred to me why you have a hard on for DJ, you actually want us to tank. Nobody in their right mind would think DJ Augustin is a point guard that could take us to the playoffs. I'm sorry Slam I didn't realize you were this sneaky, pumping DJ up, calling management, writing into Bonnell telling all of them you have a legion of minions who want to see DJ as the starting point guard and you will riot en masse and storm the gates of the Time Warner Cable Arena if your demands are not met. Brilliant Slam....pure brilliance. Always knew we had a smart fan base.

How could I "storm the gates of the Time Warner Cable Arena". I don't go to games = hence me not being able to have a valid opinion.

I'll leave the storming of gates up to you SuperFans.

Tyrus out for this game is a huge loss. Wonder how DJ managed to pull that one off? Wonder if he went all "Tonya Harding" on T2 when T2 wasn't looking????

Damn that Augustin kid.

He threw pass to TT, so TT had to dunk it and injuried himself.

It's ALL DJ's fault. I think we even nee to trade him, but just cut him and sign Iverson from Besiktas!

And to think AI would still be in the NBA if DJ hadn't influenced him that much...

Actually Stephen Jackson threw the pass. And yes I do agree we need to trade DJ...

hey battery... your boy kyrie is going to be out a while. i think the more time he misses the more likely he is to come back to duke next year. you might be wanting us to tank one year too early.

He's your boy too. He's our savior! As for him going back to Duke, I think a lot of it depends on whether or not there will be a lockout. Injuries also make players realize how fragile they are and that could be a reason why he turns pro after this season. Either way, we still need to go young and get some top draft picks in here to rejuvenate this franchise.

I couldn't decide if Wallace or Jackson should be Mystique. She's a leader of the BoEM, they're team leaders of the Bobcats. She can appear in many forms, so can Wallace and Jax. In the end, the gun thing was the difference maker. Nazr was a hard one to place and Sabretooth was too cool for him, but I had to figure something out.

Impossible.

DJ doesn't pass unless it's to get a cheap assist on the outside.

Blasphemy! We already have our savior. He played at Fresno State.

Isn't Larry Brown our savior ?
