All I Want For Christmas.........Bobcats Style

Post#1 » by BigSlam » Sat Dec 25, 2010 11:33 pm

One thing you would want, specifically, for Christmas, Bobcats related. What would it be?

For me, it HAS to be either DJ, Hendo or UPS totally and utterly busting out under Silas and really setting the NBA on fire.

We are due for a draft pick to come through.

DJ becoming the next CP3
Hendo becoming the next Dwade
Ups becoming the next Scottie Pippen
TT becoming a richmans Amar'e

I would find this a lot more satisfying than

If one of our young players show themselves to be good starting quality players than I would be happy.

1. A healthy Henderson. That dude looked like a player and improved tremendously since last season, unfortunately in typical Bobcat fashion, just when we get excited about something it all seems to disappear in the blink of an eye. So here's to good health for Hendo.

2. DJ needs to hit the road...ASAP. Probably in tears and panicking right now at the thought of having to run a fast break. Not a jolly Christmas for DJ today. It will only get worse after Oakley sees him play.

3. A major trade that shakes up the core of this team and makes us more flexibility salary cap and team wise

4. New GM. Higgins sucks.

5. Kyrie Irving

No Baron Davis No Andrey Blatche No Jose Calderon

Hendo is the "least probable"................by a country mile.

But hey, Christmas is all about miracles, so, keep on keeping on?

If they're really hoping to re-establish the playoff push, then I wish for a return to form for both Jack and Gerald. Their months of January last year: 24/5/4 and 21/9/2. Just get some momentum going and let it carry into February and beyond.

Me as Bobcats GM. Failing that, I'd like to see just less turnovers. That's it. Basic efficiency.

If he ever gets healthy then Hendo>>>>DJ and Tyrus.

Tyrus is not tough enough defensively, kinda dumb too. Still have a little bit of hope for TT, but not much. DJ on the other hand is a total lost cause. I'm sure even you realize this by now.

Ty Lawson>>>>>>DJ

I should be GM

And yes, Okafor is still a bum.

Hmmmmmmm. Let's see. Hendo hasn't got any handles, no range on his J, plays out of control and now you can add injury prone to the list.

Yup, he's a keeper.

I should be GM

Ty Lawson is better then DJ any day man..... Its not even close, Lawson is better then Billups too though.
Finally I find that Battery and I believe the same things. Excluding the GM part... Okafor is a bum.

I don't post too much but I have never really agreed to much with what your opinions even when just trolling, but this I agree with. Hendo has the most potential on this team. He has a very good foundation to build off of and his jumper was falling at a decent rate until he got injured.

No comment with DJ except cost vs. production we can't get anything comparable in the league.

Agree with Tyrus, we overpaid if Orlando would send us Brandon Bass and whatever would make up the difference in salary I'd be a happy man.

My perfect Christmas would be us to actually start building a team that symbolizes some type of NBA team.

all i ask for is to be entertained. what we saw for the first 2 months this year and large portions of the previous 2 seasons was not entertaining. i want to leave each game, win or lose, having enjoyed the game i just watched.

Bobcat games on television in the bars of Raleigh. Also, the games listed on the channel that's exclusive purpose is to show bobcat games, instead of the constant "check back for special events" or whatever so I can easily dvr games.
