Winning tonight and against Philly at home are crucial if we have any hopes for this team staying together and making the playoffs. Honestly, a loss tonight might lead to the FO pulling the trade trigger. Not sure if they would even wait around for the Philly game.

Playing an elite team at home and we need a win? Strange.

Eite team? We are playing the Bulls. Is Noah good to go?

No not yet. They consider themselves an elite team. I agree so that when we beat them we look better.

We will not know if we are elite until we get healthy (which we haven't been all season). Right now we are a good team with 2 of its top 3 players out.

March 9th will give you a better idea of this teams status.

That loss to Philly really took the air out the tires, or, loosened the wheels on this wagon. If we lose to Chicago i think the wheels fall off.

Well If they miss both Noah and Boozer and even going small with CJ Watson as SG, this could be a close game at least. Of course anything can happen after yesterday letdown.

I don't see it that way. I actually saw some really good signs Vs Philly.

- We picked the pace back up, something that I thought had been missing the few games prior.
- Diaw was super assertive.
- Kwame continued being active.
- Our ball movement was much better than it had been recently.

The only thing that killed us Vs Philly was that DJ couldn't hit an open shot (took good shots, just wasn't "on"), Jax was all sorts of awful and we were missing our best offensive and defensive bench option in T2 leaving our bench to contribute nothing.

If DJ and his his open shots, Jax didn't suck so hard and we had T2, I think we would have blown that game out.

I agree things looks bad after the Hornets game because we were so flat and there was no pace, but I liked the way we played aginst Philly.

Good points, but to me the elephant in the room needs to be addressed IE Jack and Wallace just not clicking. I don't know what's wrong with Wallace, Jack, well his issues are self explanatory, but something's not right with Wallace. Also, i'm not confident in Livs or Nazr anymore. I still think Nazr has some good games left in him, but that'll all come down to pt.

I have a feeling we'll win this game, and it will be greatly due to TT. one thing you guys have to remember with the sixers game is we would have won that game if Tyrus wasn't suspended. bare minimum TT would have put up 6 points, and that would have prevented us from going into OT.

Any word on why Derrick Brown wasn't playing yesterday? Is he playing tonight?

I am beginning to think UPS was a LB guy and is not a Silas guy.

Most probably he will be on injury list tonight. It looks like he got behind McGuire and Najera on the pecking order. Probably his one dimensional game caught him up.

I always wondered if this DJ vs Rose thing went deeper than what i knew of, apparently it does. Got this off the Bulls GT: http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/ncaatourney08/columns/story?id=3319718

That logic you used here is so flawed I'm not even going to explain why.

I do agree with the rest of your post though.

What matters is that we lost. Argument, logic, reason, TT woulda, isn't going to magically change that.

I agree. i'm just saying we shouldn't beat ourselves up about it and say it was a crushing defeat. IMO its progress, we pushed a team that blew us out under LB to OT on the road mind you without one of our best players.

Definitely, a loss isn't going to change everything, I think we're still a pretty good team, we would have easily won the Philly game had jax and DJ not shot so bad, hopefully it's not going to happen every game.

Active hands from Crash.

Is he due for a vintage Crash type of game or what???
