I think making Stephen Silas our HC after Paul is done would be one of the smartest things this franchise can do. He's born to be an NBA coach and his experience with scouting and coaching in GS, NO, and Cleveland I think makes him ready for this. He'd be the 2nd best coach we've ever had if they hired him right now, lol.

He really would be a perfect fit as HC, as long as there's a good old-timer on the bench as lead assistant to keep him from making rookie mistakes.

That would be kind of weird, but yes.

Franchise has really come a long way as far as finding capable coaches goes. LB was big, Silas has worked great, Oakley's impact on the big guys, Stephen Silas seems great.

Long way from the Bernie/Vincent days.

Hopefully we continue to improve our scouting department.
