I go with Vesely. I've seen him most out of all prospects. He is going to be a productive player in the NBA. How productive, thats what we will see. He can be the next AK47 or a poor mans Tyrus. But he will not be a bust in my opinion because he has proven him self on a high level in Europe two years in a row so it's not a fluke. And he is a BPA at this point.

Voted for Jonas because he's dreamy.
I'm sure he'll suck in the NBA, though.

We've already made two mistakes in putting Kemba and Knight this high, let's see if we can fix it with either Jonas or Leonard.

Re: Draft Board Consensus - Poll No. 7
Let me suggest everyone take a stronger look at DONATAS MONTIEJUNAS.
I know the name is wierd, but I think this guy is the right choice at #7 (or 5 or maybe even 6). Why?
Size, proven skills, willing to bang down low as well as play in space and hit jumpers or create a shot. Tough to cover at 7 ft and a strong 225lbs with room to add extra muscle. Here's a PF in the mold of Dirk. Still young and he needs to get his motor geared a little higher for the NBA, which is why he might still be available here in the real draft. Montie would give the Cats a true post-up option with size that brings a variety of offense. He has excellent footwork which is critical for any big.
Obviously everything is predicated on workouts and judgement frmo scouts. But I like this guy's size and skills.

I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

I can not see Michael drafting a EURO, so I think it is Tristan or Kawhi here (or Burks, but I like the 2 forwards alot )

Re: Draft Board Consensus - Poll No. 7
I'll go with Burks as I did for number 6, to answer captain crunks question he reminds me of Brandon Roy's play not his knee's..lol
He is a legit 6'6 with a good handle & who can facilitate & shoot off the dribble, he can shoot it from the nba 3 line & has good mechanics, he has an excellent first step & has better athleticism than given credit for. His defense needs work but has improved dramatically from his frshman season. He's best proven player available.
If he's gone I'd want Kawhi...if Kawhi's gone I'd take montie.
Jan Vesely Shoots 54%.......from the free throw line.....you want him as our 3?

this is what i meant...the next AK47 or a poor man's Tyrus?...That's a whole lot of fail

AK47 has had an excellent career & is very underrated, his numbers suffered as the Jazz got better as a team & he was (not always)happy to play his role. If Tyrus ends up 3 quarters of the player Kirilenko is for 8m a yr i'd be happy, we're talking about a guy that averaged 3 blocks for a season as a SF.

Re: Draft Board Consensus - Poll No. 7
Burks is actually a very lackluster jump shooter. He doesn't have a square frame and doesn't go up and down vertically or in the same location.
He does have good form though, so hopefully a shooting coach can get his footwork up to par

When is Hamilton going to be added as an option? I thought people were talking about him being our #9 pick. It is getting close.

Looking at the names on the board I honestly don't think that Jordan Hamilton belongs in this discussion yet,but in saying that I don't think Jimmer does either. Hamilton will probably be our 19th pick if we don't pick Kawhi Leonard.
