Are we interested? I personally can't help but be a little intrigued. Maybe TT and Boris's expiring for Josh and filler?

Why would they want two overpaid power forwards? They are looking to get a center next to Horford in return. Plus I am not sure I would even want Josh Smith he would just be another person who can not shoot on our team. I would rather have 9th pick then Josh Smith.

For me: Not at all.

Paid wayyyyyyy too much and just not the sort of player I would feel comfortable pinning my hopes on to take us to the next level.

I did not advocate trading any picks, but your opinion is respected.

I knew sooner or later it would be brought up so I just answered it now rather than later. Josh Smith is a good glue guy, but for us a team without an identity, franchise player, or any winning history I just do not think he is what we should be spending our time on.

He is a paid a butt load but J-Smoove is > G. Wallace by far IMO. If it was Smith for Boris and Mexicat I'd be very okay with that.

Bro D. you do know that GDubb dropped 40 on JSmoove at least twice right. I'm just saying.

Not a big fan of Smith. He is an exciting finisher, and great defender, but with the type of salary he is being paid he isn't the type of player we need. We need a franchise type talent.

Excluding? I'd say that they're comparable shotblockers.

Yeah, and GDubb also locked down LeBron James a couple of games too, so I guess by your logic that Wallace is > LeBron.

What I like most about Smith over Wallace is that he's not as brittle and has youth on his side.

It's not a terrible comparison, but Wallace is a better player right now. In a few years when Smith is as old as Wallace and Wallace is old, then that will have flipped.
