Question of the game: This is Bismacks first game vs Dwight. Now Biz may not be a true C (we won't know till he totally fills out over the next few years), but do you think he will ever have the DEFENSIVE impact that Dwight has now?

I'd rather smell a bad fart for 3 hours than watch Diop for 3 minutes.

Hope not. I'm going to the game tonight and am excited to see Biz for the first time in person.

Diop will rack minutes until he racks fouls.

I may miss this one though; the weekly auction is tonight and I like going but the NBA Pass is still free ...

Decisions, decisions.

Diop should absolutely play. This is exactly the type of game that he is useful for.

Jason Richardson 0-9 from 3pt range this year. :o

I expect to see a lot of the D.J. Augustin/Kemba Walker backcourt this game vs the Jameer Nelson/J.J. Reddick backcourt being that size or style of play won't create a mismatch. I'm also intrigued to see the sporadic minutes that Bismack Biyombo get against Dwight Howard.

I wonder...if the Bobcats pull off this win, will that make them a darkhorse contender to look out for? I'm pretty sure ESPN will make note of it on their power rankings.

Same here. Hop Biz does not bite for every pump fake. I know he is anxious to swat shots, but he needs to keep his feet against Dwight.

I don't care if he bite for pump fakes. I just hope that Dwight don't dunk on him so hard that he take his defensive spirit out of him.

Biz will be the type of guy that gets dunked on a lot. Mostly because he won't step out of the way like most do when somebody is going up. Lots of dunkfaces and lots of big time blocks

I agree, Biz will get dunked on a lot. Almost all shot blockers do, word to Mutumbo. As long as he get more blocks than posters, I'll be cool with that.

No. Orlando is on the second game of a back to back while we are rested. Miami was on the second game and didn't get into Charlotte until 3:30 am. Let's see how we perform when the conditions aren't in our favor. Tonight we really should win this game against a tired Magic team. Next week is when the true test for us begins. All we need is our players to continue to get better....but lose in the end. Like against Miami. That was the perfect game.

I would love to be 2-1 going into the tough schedule next week. I want to see how Bismack does against Dwight. Also, I want to see continuing improvement from him, Mullens and Kemba.

Most teams are going to be playing back to back in this condensed 66-game season. That Miami game definitely was a perfect game to show growth but to lose at the same time. The only players worth the lottery pick for the Bobcats this upcoming draft are Harrison Barnes, Andre Drummond, Jeremy Lamb, & Anthony Davis, in that order. I'm excited about this year's prospective.

Really excited to see what we can do coming off the tough loss. Howard is going to give us headaches, so it will be Diop time. I actually think he will do about a good a job on Howard as anyone could, which is KEY in building Diop's potential trade value.

I'm also really interested in seeing how Biz does. I think he will be key tonight with the help on Dwight. Haven't heard anything on Thomas, has anyone else? If he plays it will be interested to see how he fits into what we have been doing. Also what it will do to DJ White's and Biz's minutes. I'm hopeful that if Biz keeps improving, like he has, his minutes will continue to increase.

Looks like Jameer Nelson is out tonight.

That's going to help. I still have nightmares of him shredding Felton in that one playoff round.

Jameer Nelson and Tyrus Thomas out. Chris Duhon to start in place of Nelson and I would assume we stick to DJW for us.

Nelson being out really helps us, I think. I agree Slam, he gives me nightmares too. We should be able to grab this one, I think. Can never tell with the Bobcats though.

Look for a big game from Gana defensively and on the rebounding front. Also expect a lot of DJ/Kemba back court. Hopefully Diaw can force Howard into some early fouls and take advantage of him on offense by bringing him out to the perimeter.
