What we have without doing anything.....

This being said players who are in free agency we do not have under contract...

Theses Salaries will add up to approximately 19 million in cap space. One Allstar or two very good players.
Then the following season we will have 25 million in cap space to spend after Diop, Carroll, Mags, and Reggie expire.
The next step is to look into the draft and see where we pick, what prospects are available, what is the best fit for our future. Lets just say we did not trade anybody so we only have our one pick. We will skip naming a player for now....
The next step is to decide if we would like to Amnesty any players. The only real option is Tyrus Thomas to Amnesty, depending if he steps his play up the rest of the season we will decide. If we decide to Amnesty TT then I would expect that we bring back D-Dub back on his 3 million QO.
Finally as stated we will have 44 million in Cap Space over the next two seasons. We will have our chances at signing a Star Free Agent while still extending our young guys to long deals hopefully reasonable.
I think if Cho plays the card right we will be in a position to turn things around rather quickly. This season to me is to see which guys deserve to stay and get minutes. I think we have a hell of a bright future after this season, all that capspace has to go somewhere. I would be fine with overpaying a legit superstar if we got one.
My Dream Scenario would be this......
Draft Jeremy Lamb or BPA. Amnesty Tyrus Thomas (leaves us 27 million in cap for next year). Sign 2 or 3 of these guys (Dwight, Crash, Batum, Love, Bynum, Wilson Chandler, Galinari, Hibbert, Kaman, Gordon). Get a great coach.
Possibilities Galore. I know there will be some serious haters on some of this and will say some of it is impossible, but It is all possible is what is great.

PF- Biz- D-Dub
C- FA Center- Mullens
If we pick up a solid backup point. Honestly 27 million in Free Agency we could get two Stars Crash and Howard or Love. Then follow that up next season with 25 million more in cap space available PF or C (opposite of Love or Howard). We could easily have 3 Superstars along with Kemba, Hendo, Biz, Mullens, and Lamb as young guys to go along with them in two seasons. All you have to do is land one guy and it changes everything.......
