Is there anyone you wouldn't trade for a late 1st?

I was thinking since we are tanking and don't want to take back salary, who is off the table if a team was offering a later first rounder? Here are my assessments:
Kemba - NO, might be one of the only keepers
Henderson - close, probably keep
Bismack - due to potential, probably keep. But for a mid first I might let him go.
DJ White - He's been ballin, but I think I would let him go for the pick
DJA - close, but I think I would let him go
Mullens - close, but he has no post game at all
TT - yup
Diaw - yup
Diop - oh yes please please
Maggette - oh yes please please please
Carroll - really?
Everyone else (UPS, Najera) - you know...
So I would say EVERYONE except for 3 players are bait for the right picks. No wonder they don't win games and the owner comes down to yell at the team. C'mon 2015!

a late first round pick? you would seriously consider trading DJA for a late first round pick, and even Bismack for a mid first?
wow man

None of the following without getting a decent player in return with the pick:
Hendo
DJA
TT
DJW
Mully
KW
Biz
Mags
Diaw
UPS
Williams
Even if these guys go 2-64 I would not give them away

Kemba, Biyombo, Mullens, Henderson, and DJA are worth more than a mid to late 1st. Everybody else with the exception of maybe Derrick Brown is for sale as far as I'm concerned.

Ok, lets see:
Higgins - yes please, *takes it, runs away*
Diop - *runs even quicker*
Najera - you can have him next year, he is an expiring... well if you insist, here he is
Carroll - ok, but you have to promise you won't deal him to Dallas as they would find a way how to sell him to us once again, no, I didn't say anthing he is yours
Thomas - that would mean bug TPE right? Deal.
Maggette - same, we will say Reggie Williams is the new saviour small forward
now it gets trickier, by position:
DJ Augustin - no, he is our best player, he is going to be restrict free agent and we may even extend him (rather then lose him) - pass
Kemba Walker - last year lottery pick, he is no Joe Alexander, unless you are Knicks and is 2050 unproctected "late" (wink, wink) first round pick which can easily be the very first pick of that draft, there is nothing to talk about
Henderson - he is solid starter, producing, proven, too much a gamble to give up him for late first
Reggie Williams - would you throw in something?
Derrick Brown - how much late actually? late teen, late twenties? it is a good start, but what are the chances for better outcome than getting a player of roughly same quality, only on longer and more expensive contract, Yes, every cent counts. So would you accompany the pick with some cash? Then Derrick is yours I guess. (I would prefer dealing him for a specific player rather than a blanket late fist pick, but he is an expiring; let's get real no GM would do a half year rental of UPS for a pick, well maybe if Memphis forward rotation gets crippled even more and they would have big eyes for play offs)
Diaw - (I would actually consider extension, he is perfect to get Bismack involved offensively and if he would command reasonable amount of money - somebody on BCP didn't even consider 3M per year * shaking my head*, i would do it, for a year or two; for the same reasons I would rather wnat him around Bismack than see him packing, on the other hand, if he could bring something (TPE is not going to happen, but OP didn't mention anthign other than pick involved), that wouldn't rule out re-acquiring in offseason I guess, so for the moot purpose of this thread:) Why not, we would lose him for nothing the other way...
Biyombo - he is a type of player to wait on his development, a defensive stallwart, no matter how much bust he can look alike this season (and that's not really the case, fully), he is going nowhere, not for late first round pick, hey he may even grow physically, that's scary
Mullens - In Thunder face! I guess not, as long as Paul "Shoot!" Silas is our coach Byron is a perfect pet project for him; on the other hand it would freed some minutes for Biyombo, it may have some legs as a gamble if the pick would be a future one of what looks like late pick now and would be overprotected
White - pretty much the same as with Mullens but he is going to be a RFA unless extended (the dealine is today I think) and I would like to repeat Cunningham fiasco so why not; it look like every second prospect in upcoming drafts is a power forward anyway

I think some of you may be over valueing a late round pick here. Even in a supposedly deep draft when you start talking about picks in the twenties and lower you are talking about decent roll players and worse. Best case scenario we might get a Boris Diaw or Kendrick Perkins. Most likely we get a Dahntay Jones or Carlos Delfino. So why take a chance on trading a solid starter for the next Zoran Plannic. If you guys want a pick, shoot for a lottery pick or at least a mid first round pick. The only players I would trade for a late round pick are the ones for which no one would ever give us a first round pick at all.

We've got like... maybe 4 solid NBA players. I wouldn't even call anyone other than DJ a legit starter. Even if they bust, they're probably only busting by other teams' standards and they'd be regular rotation guys here in Charlotte.

I think that you are missing the point. The only players that we could get a first round pick for are the players that have proven that they are more valuable than a late first is likely to be. The only players we are likely to get a 1st round pick for are our young studs. Why would you trade a young player who is producing for you for a great big maybe? That is just not smart.

I'm not missing the point, I'm answering the original question - and outside of 4 players on this team, I'd be elated to have a late 1st round pick for because it'd be an absolute steal for a guy that most likely wouldn't see more than 10mpg on most teams in the league.

Everyone but Kemba, Henderson, Hayden and Bismack are expendable.

A perfect candidate for the Cat House draft girls with a boys name category!
Surely he means Mullens when Marino says Hayden.

You have got to be thinking about a MID first rounder. There are very few times when a LATE first rounder is a steal for an established nba veteren. Late first rounders are the guys who usually end up in the DLeague.

^This, I'd trade dja for a lottery pick but I don't really want to trade him at all TBH.

She of course went first round because of that eligibility.
