I'm loving these 8:00pm tip off times.
With Lowry out and the Rockets leaning on Dragic and Flynn I would hope that our two PG's will show up and both have monster games.
Also be interested to see if Biz can score on a long armed, shot blocking C like Dalambert.

So if we do end up with the Rockets 1st, I guess this is one where losing has 2 benefits since we would want the Rockets in the playoffs.

Just returned from being out of town, might be able to watch this one tonight. The Hornets game looked lulzworthy from the box score.
Diaw's not gone yet? I'm disappointed.

Getting ready to post the same thing. We need to become the Rockets biggest fans if the Nets trade goes through. Need them to make the playoffs.

Damn. That's what happens when you drive for two straight hours in hot temperatures.
I think it might have been 80 in Georgia today. Felt like it at least.

Wonder if Biz will end up guarding Scola?
After the bath that Al Jefferson gave Biz and the fact that Scola and Jefferson play a very similar style of game I hope not.

True.
Maybe we can sneak up on the Rockets since they are on a high after upsetting the Thunder!

I don't know, I'm optimistic that after neutralizing Kaman, more or less, Biz might be more up to their tricks.

I suppose we are supporting the Rockets because if we get their 1st is lottery protected?

I believe T.Will will get his first significant playing time in nearly three months exploding for 32 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists resulting in Jordan trading for him on the spot.

I'm sorry, but how is 12 and 16 "neutralized" at all? That's double Kaman's usual rebounding and equal to his normal points. Soooooooooooooooo

Penquin11's predictions for this game:
1) I second the notion that TWill will get solid play time after the Rockets wipe the floor with our faces in the 1st half, and he will then continue to go on and score 26 points, 15 rebounds, 11 assists on only 8 shots in the first 10 minutes he plays. After this impressive display he will remove his jersey to reveal that he is wearing the long sleaved prison oranges- which on the back will announce something regarding the Bench's ownership over his ass- and will then sulk over to the bench. Michael Jordan will become excited and try to barter for the kid during the game- throwing stacks of cash at the Rockets ownership while the Bobcats are getting mercilessly slaughtered by the Rockets bench players...
2) Bismack Biyombo will foul 9 times during the 1st half- but after tearing Luis Scola apart with his bare hands and rabidly tossing out his body parts to fans the refs will be too scared to toss him from the game- he will also draw a large X over the Rockets hoop with Luis Scola's blood.
3) Boris Diaw will be shown trying to sneak over to the Rockets side of the court to steal whatever gatorade and/or snacks they have after he finishes eating T2 Monthly Food Rations.
4) Kemba Walker will once again show up DJA in every fashion but this time by carrying a measuring stick that says "You must be this tall to start" with the hieght being exactly 6' or 6'1 (just outside of DJA's range). Silas will buy into this strategy and try to apply it with Biyombo at C- claiming he needs to be at least 6'10 to play either C or PF and therefore favoring a DJ Witless/Byron Blowjob, Tyrus Terrible/Boris Beafcake (even though he is even shorter than Biyombo), Byron Blowjob/Diabetes Diop lineup.
5) Kevin Martin will finally release his frustration about the rise of other Kevin's in the NBA. He will be like "This is Bullsh*t, how many times have the other Kevin's been to the playoffs! The hell I'm the 3rd best Kevin in the NBA- **** that Kevin Love guy!"
6) Kyle Lowry will be reported as being murdered 15 minutes before the game- Goran Dragic will come out of the locker room covered with blood and sporting a wrench- all while wearing Lowry's skin and whereby fooling Kevin McHale into thinking that he is indeed Lowry.
7) Mexicat will run onto the floor in the middle of the game with a loaded musket and will shoot Luis Scola (who will not be affected AT ALL by it of course), he will then be awarded with the Mexican Taco of Honor for his bravery in battle- and his support in the Mexican revolution from Spain.
8) Derrick Brown will score 20 points on 10 shots, while also getting 2 blocks and 2 steals to couple with 7 rebounds. However the Announcers will continuously reference to him as being a NBA charity case.
9) Diabetes Diop will go to the free throw line 78 times- after being fouled on every offensive possession the Bobcats have in the 2nd half. However he will only make 4 of these FT's and will somehow manage to make a fullcourt- wrong basket FT on the Rockets goal because he was wearing a blindfold. Also a Larry Brown specter will be standing next to him on each FT- during which he is blindfolded- and while wearing a jedi-knight outfit will quietly whisper "use the force- Diop- trust your instincts". Of course Diop will listen- and continue to airball 39 consecutive FT's.
10) Kemba walker will somehow limit both Kevin Martin and Kyle lowry to 5 total points- and will score 20 points to go along with 8 assists, but every other member on the Houston Rockets team will score at least 25 points- excluding Luis Scola who only gets 18 before Biyombo brutally murders him.
