excellent news with brown, I was worried they'd let him walk now that we have taylor.

Taylor is basically a 1st round pick...He will have a great career as the first forward off the bench.

UPS's game is more suited towards PF anyway.

On a sidenote, UPS is the only Bobcat I have met in person outside the arena and he is extremely nice and loves Charlotte. I recognized him inside a yogurt shop...I'm sure he was thrilled that he was actually recognized.

I'm glad we made offers to both Augustin and White. Augustin even if he is not in the picture for the future could still be an asset and I just really Brown. He continued to improve as the season went on and as long as its a cheap contract (2-3 years around mil per) I want him back.

DJ White was fine for what he was but I didn't really want him back. Especially not with his QO.

Looks like I win this one guys.... I have actually hung out with Derrick Brown on a few occasions. He dates an assistant coach for the UNC charlotte girls basketball team. I help out being a practice player with them sometimes to give them tougher competition with a few of my boys. He balled with a few times messing around and we played some xbox. Defiantly a cool guy and said he would get us some good tickets this year if he is back with the Cats. So hopefully we keep him as a 3/4 tweener being the third SF and 4th PF.
