Gotta go with Kemba, at least to start the season. You don't fill his head with sugar plum fairies and then tell him there's no Santa. Everyone, from Dunlap to the media, have declared that the offense is being built around him. You can't do an about face, and say "oh yeah, about that - we signed a journeyman PG that we're going to hand the team to instead."

If after the first few months, he's regularly screwing the pooch, put in Sessions.

They'll likely both see a LOT of floor time either way.

Sessions has been effective off the bench in his career and Kemba is presumably the future. Have to start Kemba.

I say Kemba initially, but this should be an open competition. Which ever player show they're more capable should start.

ill take the guy who was put in the worst situation ive ever seen for a rookie pg and still played pretty well over the proven mediocre backup talent level veteran

Is this a serious poll?

Do we want the kid going into his sophmore season who we invested a top 10 pick on and has considerable upside to be our starter

or

do we want a career back up who has hit his peak to be our starter

Whoever earns the spot should start. It's good to have depth because of injuries and such. I imagine Kemba gets plenty of minutes to develop and they'll both get starts under their belts next season.

What??? They said the exact opposite. Kerr was emphatic that Kemba isn't a true pg and is better suited as a sparkplug off of the bench. They went outta their way to say that Sessions should be the starter.

That was Kerr, the other two said they think Kemba would start.
