The Bobcats' Future in the Draft???

Question: If the Bobcats were to get simultaneous #1 overall picks in the 2013 & 2014 NBA Draft, which duo(s) would you prefer and why? The expected consensus selections for the 2013 draft include Cody Zeller, Shabazz Muhammad, & Nerlens Noel while the expected consensus selections for the 2014 draft include Andrew Wiggins, Jabari Parker, & Julius Randle with honorable mentioned names such as Andrew Harrison, Aaron Gordon, & Aaron Harrison that can go into the 'others' category.
Sidenote: DeSegana Diop's little brother, Ilimane Diop, is considered to be a lottery selection in the 2014 NBA Draft

Give me Zeller and Wiggins. I'd hate to draft another SF two years after MKG, but Wiggins is the clear 2014 #1 right now. Of course anything can change between now and then.

Based on skill sets, Wiggins can turn out to be a Paul George-like SG, but way way way better.

I got to get a good look at this Steven Adams kid before I can give Zeller my blessing.

Yes, like Kevin Durant playing shooting guard, better, but probably about 2-3 inches shorter

I voted for the Zeller/Wiggins duo, but I'm suddenly leaning towards the Noel/Wiggins duo.

I really like the idea of adding Zeller to this squad. He would finally give us a post presence and a good rebounder. He has the size to play center but in many ways is still a power forward. Pairing him with Biz would be a thing of beauty. They could interchange which bigs either of them guard from night to night.

I am torn between Zeller/ Wiggins and Shabazz / Randle. Noel/ Wiggins looks mighty good too.

His T-Rex arms aren't even much of an issue if he's playing alongside Bismack. I think that would be a terrific combo.

His T-Rex arms are definitely an issue if you expect him to consistently score on his man. If he really has a 6'8" wingspan, he's going to have all sorts of problems against anybody with even adequate length because he's not an above the rim type of player

The t-rex arms are a concern even though he is very mobile, and can shoot outside. With that news he just dropped off my wish list. Bass is now my firmly established number one pick followed by Noel, McAdoo, Mitchell, and Poythress.

I actually hope to get Saric with a Portland pick. And I would rather have him than Noel. For me it is Shabazz by default and no-brainer Wiggins. My knowledge on high school players is limited though. What I find surprising is that obviously some votes consider fit over BPA/BPA.
It is too erly to tell but if really want another shotblocker i would consider trading down to get Gobert instead of Noel. Not sure how many of those we need.
I would rather play smallball/have unbalanced roster than drafting a center just because. It is becoming a trend anyway.

Take it one year and one draft at a time. Like someone has said, this year is "Suckazz for Shabazz!"

Noel is definitely on my do not want list. Dude's IQ makes JR Reid look like Bill Russell. I'm observing a wait and see approach to Zeller b/c I've heard that he's grown noticeably and bulked up, so his T-Rex arms may not be as bad.
I actually really like that Poythress kid but with MKG I'm guessing that anyone playing SF is not gonna happen. McAdoo would be cool if he rebounds well and can definitely play NBA PF.

Noel's basketball IQ doesn't seem like a problem. He's a skilled big man with good hands, post moves, and can block shots. The only place where I question Noel is if he can rebound at a high level. Otherwise, he looks like the perfect C that any team would want going into this new era of athletic big men instead of the usual stiffs. As far as Zeller, this is going to be a big year for him. All eyes are observing whether or not he's worth a consensus #1 overall pick and if he can handle the pressures of being 'the man'. My only fear with him is if he's really that much better than his older brother, Tyler.
I haven't paid much attention to Poythress during the past high school year & recruiting period, but I don't remember him being as highly praised as MKG was coming out of high school. Living up to what that past Kentucky championship team will be lofty expectations. I doubt that the Bobcats would consider drafting another SF right behind MKG with their 1st round pick, but you never know. Drafting BPA and value has to be priority on their list and that might be the way it work out. By the way, McAdoo is so so...definitely won't be worth a top 5 pick, in my opinion. I'm sorry if you're a Tar Heel fan and I may have offended you.

In terms of fit I had to go with Bazz and Randle.
Kemba/Muhammed/Gilchrist/Randle/Biyombo
Randle is being severely underrated right now and slipped behind Noah Vonleh; he gets the Greg Monroe treatment imo, as in the sense that as prospects both have high BBIQ and are good athletes with terrific size and perimiter skills(despite showing good post offense and supreme hands and vision down low)....but because they don't jump 434345 inches in the air and don't look like they been on the roids they are considered "lesser".
I think Wiggins will definitely be the number one pick and the Raptors will definitely tank like crazy and Stern/Silver will rig it for sure.
Tony Mitchell is also gonna be a blue chipper in the league.
Mullens
Henderson
Taylor
Whoever
Whoever
Whoever
Higgins (lol)

Sik, I think you have the wrong guy. Julius Randle is a fantastic athlete for a guy his size

I'd take whichever pair is the most talented. So Shabazz/Jabari (or Wiggins).
It's a longshot though. You'd basically be hoping that you can do something like the Nationals did in baseball by getting Strasburg and Harper in back-to-back years.
