GT: vs Bucks Mon Nov 19 7PM

Post#1 » by fatlever » Sun Nov 18, 2012 6:48 pm

bucks are somehow 6-2. smoke and mirrors.

kemba, sessions, gordon vs jennings, ellis - this should be a fun matchup. after going up against conley and allen, jennings and ellis will be a welcome sight.

bucks play at the fastest pace in the league. expect an up-and-down game since both teams will be looking to push the pace.

mully had a monster game vs the bucks last year. can he get on track monday?

the last time kemba played the bucks he went 6-for-26 in the most frustrating shooting game of his career.

MKG should have a much easier time with harris, so the fouls shouldnt be an issue.

i could see the cats getting lit up from 3pt land monday. the bucks have a ton of shooters. i can see dunleavy going off against us.

yeah, hendo needs to get back soon.

that being said, we can shut down ellis if that is our desire. it just comes with a price.
1) put kemba on him, at the cost of having jennings go off
2) put taylor on him, at the cost of offense and playing time for sessions and gordon
3) put MKG on him, at the cost of potential foul trouble

Brandon Jennings and Monta Ellis are going to eat us, I wouldn't be surprised if we lose by 25
Mike Malone was never given a fair chance in Sacramento, and Ranadive will soon come to regret that, when he's on top of the WC inevitably contending somewhere

I distinctly remember Kemba locking down Monta when he was still with GSW during the early part of last season in a game where he got his first start, although at SG, because Silas decided to bench Diaw and move Hendo to SF with a smaller lineup

Excited to get to watch this one as I missed the Memphis game on Saturday. Hopefully mully can break out of his shooting slump - he is shooting 38% on the season.

I wouldn't call it a "shooting slump", more like a SHOOTING DUMP because he's throwing up too much garbage. Mullens need to focus on taking more selective shots within the flow of the offense and mostly within the 17 feet range. Otherwise I don't have a problem with him shooting. I'm enthused that he has that much confidence in his shot but he need to rein it in a little bit. I also like the fact that he's taking a concerted effort to rebound this year.

If Mullens wasn't rebounding he would be on the bench cos his offense sucks....

ETA of game?

It says 5:28pm in realgm land.

But it's 8:28am in Sik Infant land.
