Why?

I don't dislike him as much as some others here but I do feel he has a tendency to be full of himself (though he has absolutely no reason to be).

he does seem headed for a flameout. what a jerk he is. i used to believe it when i would hear from other writers about how good he is, or how good his connections are, but he's not doing anything with them. just encourages ignorant arguments about the team, and provides no insight, and seeks validation constantly, without doing much of anything to warrant it. he's the total package.
