Bobcat ball movement

The Sessions hating at the end of the 76ers game thread has me wondering. Where has Charlotte's improved ball movement come from? Sessions being out? Arrival of McBob? Tighter rotations leading to better chemistry overall? What do y'all think?
(not sure if this merited it's own thread or not, mods feel free to do whatever. In the eternal words of EPMD "Do what'cha like.")

Totally deserved of it's own thread BD.
I think it has more to fo with McBobcat than anything. It's like Coach D said - when he does is contagious.
I mentioned about 2 months ago that I feel our team is lacking guys with high BBIQ. We have hard workers and guys with heart (Kemba, Hendo, MKG, Biz) but we need some dudes with high BBIQ who promote quick ball movement and spacing. It's what makes teams like the Spurs so damn good.
Having a guy like McBobcat come in and have such an impact just underlines that.
It's also why I like a guy like Hardaway Jr.

This is where having Jared Dudley would help.
I thought JT was going to be similar to Dudley, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Yeah, I think it started with McBob too. We need some more high IQ guys for sure. One of my biggest fears is that Kemba never quite gets the playmaking thing figured out.

The second we get a big worth a damn on offense on the roster, you'll see that skyrocket. I just have a bad feeling we're going to be drafting Biz 2.0 in Noel, and we'll have to wait another 2-3 years to see any kind of offense from our front line.
