Joe Kotoch: The Charlotte Bobcats have been shopping Michael Kidd-Gilchrist. Potential that he is moved on draft night. #NBADraft Twitter @Probballdraft

This can't be true. I sure hope not.

I hope this is just an example of Rich Cho covering all of his bases. MKG & Kemba are like best friends
Unless it is for a top 3 pick, potentially the Cavs or Wizards, so that the Bobcats can come away with 2 of Nerlens Noel, Victor Oladipo, or Anthony Bennett, this doesn't make much sense at all

I knew it nba wants to sell a lot if hornet wiggins jerseys lol jk I doubt it's true 2 top 5 picks traded in a year crazy if it is though. I can see us using him+pick to land a big star like blake griffin, lamarcus aldrige, al horford or kevin love or a high draft pick to add to all of our high draft picks in this deep draft to add to a package for one of those players to a team who doesnt want mkg. new orleans would be a perfect spot mkg and Anthony Davis are best friends.

I think at the moment the value that MKG brings to us is much greater than what any other team is going to give up. Even talks seem like a ridiculous assertion.

Why would we put him on the trade block? It would be more viable to do it next year if anything considering we could get Wiggins or Parker. I really hope this isn't true though.

Chris Sheridan @sheridanhoops 9m
#Bobcats believe Porter will be available because #Wizards will draft Andrew Bennett at No. 3:

I don't buy this at all. Trading MKG for anyone in this draft straight up seems crazy. Unless there is a team that is offering crazy value for him this makes no sense.

The Charlotte Bobcats are shopping Michael Kidd-Gilchrist around the league, confident they will be able to replace him with Otto Porter of Georgetown with the No. 4 pick in Thursday’s draft.
The reason the Bobcats braintrust of Rich Cho and owner Michael Jordan believe Porter will be available is because, SheridanHoops has learned from league sources, the Washington Wizards are determined to draft Andrew Bennett of UNLV with the No. 3 pick.
A second league source said the Bobcats have been working the phones, gauging the interest level among teams for the 2nd pick in the 2012 NBA Draft.
“MKG” had an up-and-down rookie season for the Bobcats averaging 9.0 ppg, 5.8 rpg, 1.5 apg, 0.9 bpg and 0.7 spg. Among the teams most interested, according to the source, are the Milwaukee Bucks, Golden State Warriors, Atlanta Hawks and Boston Celtics.
Charlotte has targeted Harrison Barnes of the Warriors as the player they would most like to acquire, but a straight-up offer of Kidd-Gilchrist would not be enough.

If we take Porter if Olapido is still on the board I will be pissed.

the warriors would be nuts not to accept MKG straight up for barnes. MKG is a much better fit on that team.
but man i would be pissed if we traded MKG for barnes.

Davis Williams @DayvisWilliams
Someone who'd know about the MKG report, told me "no way in hell". Said Clifford looks at MKG as a "blank canvas" he wants to work with.
