Thought that was interesting, since he's close to MJ (that's how he got the job), and this would put him in a position against MJ on the bargaining table.

yea i heard about this a while ago, i also heard that MJ would go after Phil Jackson hard to get him to be the new president and that he may even offer Phil a part ownership of the team
