i have a feeling this game is going to feel like an extension of the 2nd half of the last game, very physical. we are going to see a very motivated and angry knicks team.

Any prognosis for Jefferson?

unfortunately, teams usually split the two games whenever they occur so close to one another. There's no reason for us not to take advantage of the sub-par Knicks, especially with Pussyfoot being out, but I sense our guys won't be able to have such a good offensive game for the third time in a row. Moreover, Woodson has to get his guys playing D eventually, right? If Big Al is back, then it's a different story though.

But damn, would I love to beat the Knicks twice in one week.

I hope Al plays, Woodson said that Barg would play some center, Al would destroy him...well Al would probably destroy any of the Knicks bigs in the post

Al Jefferson would absolutely mutilate the mess in the Knicks frontcourt (either Stoudemire or Bargnani would be their starting center LOL). Hope he's good to go, but I think even Zeller, McBob, and Biyombo with a little Adrien mixed in there should be enough to annihilate that terrible defensive duo. We really need Kemba though. Should be an easy win with or without Jefferson.

Al managed 13points on a bad ankle ve Dwight and Asik, should double that against the Knicks if he plays

I look for the Knicks to go small with Bargnani at C and Carmelo at PF.

Carmelo at PF could pose some problems. Will be interesting if Clifford goes with a lineup of Walker,Henderson,Taylor,MKG,Jefferson/Biyombo/Zeller/ whatever to combat their small ball.

If Melo starts at PF then we should start Rocky imo.

Either that or the Bargnani trade, which is much more pathetic.

Denver owes Orlando the lesser pick out of their own pick and the NYK pick due to the afflalo trade I believe.

They obviously are owed due to the Melo trade.

I think future first pick considerations are owed to Toronto due to the Bargnani trade.

So long as Bargnani didn't keep pulling Big Al out of the key on defense and draining three's on the other end.

I almost forgot that this game is going to be nationally televised on NBA TV tomorrow night until the TNT cast just made a few wise jokes about the Bobcats on the schedule.
