Did I read that we are 4-0 against the Hawks over the past two years?

Coach Clifford will be back for this game to right our ship. We should've manhandled the Knicks the same way the Spurs currently are but Ewing didn't know what he was doing.

I agree. With Clifford there, we wouldn't have ever let Bargnani do what he did. I can understand Melo having a good game but not Bargs. Millsap should create some problems for us as he's recorded nice double doubles in his last three games
Mike Malone was never given a fair chance in Sacramento, and Ranadive will soon come to regret that, when he's on top of the WC inevitably contending somewhere

I would put MKG on Millsap, dont need to waste him defending DeMarre Carroll

We need to put MKG on Paul Milsap and let McBob guard DeMarre Carroll. Carroll can make a few 3s but I rather him try to beat us than allow Milsap to wreak havoc by having his way on poor McBob and Zeller all night.

I'm more concerned about what Horford may do to Biz. Adrien may see a lot of burn tomorrow night for that very reason. Also I'm afraid of Kyle Korver and Cartier Martin going for 10+ threes between them.

Al might play, not the best defender but at least he can battle with Horford, he'd just overpower Biz and Adrian and Zeller and McBob, not gonna overpower a 290pounder

Biz and Adrien can hold their own against Horford strength wise. I just think Horford has too many moves with a jumper for a uncoordinated Biz and he might be too good for Adrien to do anything with but that's our options. I don't think Jefferson will play since he's listed as questionable but this would be a good game for him to return before we go on the road.

Teague/Kemba is going to be an interesting one matchup, as Teague has been every bit as good (probably better, actually) than Kemba so for this year.

Horford will torch us. He's too crafty and skilled for Biz and none of Jefferson, Zeller, McBob, or Adrien will be able to do anything against him. Horford is also a good enough defender to lock down any of our bigs (Jefferson will be limited if he plays, I'm sure.)

I think our best bet is to go small so that we can matchup with Millsap. McBob might do a little to slow him down, but we should have MKG on him more than not. Let MKG run a lot at the 4 tomorrow- Henderson, Taylor, and Sessions should soak up the remaining minutes at the 2 and 3. Henderson and Taylor will close out on Korver and their other shooters on the perimeter (none of their perimeter players do much else as far as I know), while Kemba/Teague go at it.

I don't believe it. Didn't we have a heart-breaker loss to Atlanta last season towards its start? I think we had a possession with an opportunity to send it to OT or win it, yet we turned the ball over when inbounding the ball.

looking at this website the Hawks have won the last 8 games vs Charlotte, last win was in 2011 when we beat them twice in a row

I agree that small ball may be the way to combat the Atlanta Millsap and Horford's.

Basically their whole team (aside from the impressive Jeff Teague)

We can win this game and I'd love to us to regain that momentum we had for a minute before we hit the road swing.

thanks Andy.

Geez, you're not even trying to stay covert anymore. Don't you want to last longer than a few hours before getting banned?

The Hawks is one of those teams that I always think we can get a win off until we lose and I'm kinda upset. Maybe I underrate them but I'm tired of seeing us lose to them. Getting this win tonight will make me feel good about our future.
