Maybe we can catch them sleeping after coming off a big win against the Pacers?
Any word on Big Al?
Be nice for Biz to get lots of burn. He's given #1 fits in the past.

I am actually excited to see how Kemba plays against D-Rose. I have never watched this matchup, seems every time we play the Bulls ish hits the fan with my school schedule. Seems the soup du jour today is Zeller, so in the spirit of people eating crow, I hope Zeller posts a double-double! Go Cats

Because it's never happened. Derrick Rose hasn't played the Bobcats in any of our games in over two years. Pussy.

I saw on NBATV that Kemba and Jefferson were the worst duo in the league of a team's two highest scorers. I'm shocked our record is as good as it is frankly. 4th in OPPG is carrying us right now.

What about the Lakers then? Their highest scorers are Jodie Meeks at 13.7ppg and Nick Young at 13.0ppg. Yes, that's a correct sentence.

If what 'BrotherDave' stated is true, then NBATV jumped the gun with false information just for a chance to try to flame the Bobcats franchise once again

Game #11: Charlotte at Chicago Preview
Who: Charlotte Bobcats vs Chicago Bulls
What: NBA Basketball – Chicago Home Game
When: 11/18 at 8pm
Where: Live at the United Center
The Matchup:
Injuries:
Charlotte: Al Jefferson – out
Chicago:Derrick Rose – iffy (hamstring)
Uglier shooting form: Joakim Noah or MKG? But on a serious note, Noah is a great player for both MKG and Bismack BIyombo to study and emulate. A limited offensive player who has continued to grow and improve in the pros, and Noah is a disruptive force on defense. Great role model.
After getting blitzed by the short-handed Heat, Charlotte gets to take on the Bulls – who just routed the previously unbeaten Pacers. Derrick Rose is starting to round back into form, following his knee injury, though he is currently hobbled with a hamstring issue. The matchup between he and Kemba Walker should be fun to watch (well, unless you like defense?).

i dont understand why adrien hasnt been playing in these recent games where jefferson is out. he should be the clear backup to biz, with zeller as the backup to mcbob. i dont need to see tolliver. his 3pt shooting is a bonus, but he doesnt really bring much else.

It was almost exactly a year ago (one year next week) that I elected to watch the upstart 7-5 Bobcats over the again-disappointing 2-8 Panthers on Monday Night.
Of course, the Panthers ended up winning, and only lost one more game the rest of the season.
The Bobcats, however, were throttled and nearly doubled up by the Thunder, and then spiraled into a month-long losing streak that wouldn't end until a New Year's Eve matchup against - tonight's opponent - Chicago.
Lots riding on this decision...

i'll watch bobcats (and panthers during commercials/halftime) and then switch to panthers after bobcats game is over. or maybe just dvr panthers game and catch up on it after bobcats. will be hard to avoid spoilers though.
and with that in mind, don't post any panthers spoilers in the game thread. thanks.

Jeff Taylor is currently graded as the Bobcats worst defender with a 108 defensive rating, and it's been obvious in the games that I've watched that he isn't much of a stopper. Not only am I disappointed in the fact that Taylor's defense can be considered overrated, but he isn't much of an intangible guy either. He doesn't rebound well, nor does he get in passing lanes for deflections & steals often
I would like to see what Ben Gordon could do with Jeff Taylor's minutes for just a few games. I don't know if he'll set the world on fire, but it might me worth a shot to create some floor spacing
