I have no idea at all of what to expect out of this game because I find the Suns so perplexing.

I think the game should start with a shoot out between horny, price and dell curry.

Mcroberts is shooting 42% from the field, Henderson is shooting 42% from the field, Sessions is shooting 40% from the field. MKG is shooting 46% from the field and yet, he's the 5th scoring option and treated as if he's got absolutely no reason to ever touch the ball on the offensive end.

MKG should get a few plays ran for him in every game, a few post ups, a few touches around the elbow area, and a few plays where he has a designed cutting play towards the rim. I'm sick of seeing us go threw spells offensively where we cant score, yet we allow Henderson or the others to shoot away and freeze MKG out.

Big Al should get about 20 shots per game, I still wanna see Biz played as a PF next to Al as opposed to trying to make him play center, he clearly isn't big enough to play that position. And as long as Kemba is out, we should let Pargo get more PT as opposed to going with Sessions for so long. Pargo can run the same offense where he shoots off the screen that Kemba runs. I'd especially bring Pargo in if we have spells where we cant score.

Big Al could potentially go off tonight, Plumlee is big, strong, athletic and with some talent, but hes young, and Al could get him in early foul trouble. I'm still not really sold on Gerald Green as a real scoring threat, Dragic could give Sessions fits with his size and defense, and the Morris twins could have a good night in the matchup vs Mcroberts.

I think we can steal this one (assuming Jefferson does well) if we get good bench production and if Henderson has a good shooting night.

i think tonight is the night where jefferson's amazing run comes to an end. he is going to struggle with the pace of this game. he cant guard frye at the 3pt line and he will struggle guarding plumlee in the tons of pick and rolls. also, dragic is going to get in the lane at will vs our guards and jefferson will struggle to rotate to help. i expect a loss, and probably by double-digits.

Phoenix is favored by 8.

The first meeting between the 2 was an extremely ugly game. Al only took 6 shots.

This is another game where I think the line is too high but understandable being the 2nd night of a back to back. I like Phoenix in a close one.

I'd love to see the ball get passed to MKG instantly from a defensive rebound (rather than the PG of choice) and just letting him get out in the open court. Allow him to take the other team on. I think that gets his engine purring and helps him lock in offensively.

If you can give him a couple of those looks/that sort of freedom 2 or 3 times a quarter I think it does wonders for his confidence - and I also think it puts the opposing team on their heels.

You might be right, I saw that very thing happen yesterday in the 3rd quarter where he got the open court lay up where Pau fouled him. I thought that gave him a boost of confidence where he kinda took over for a few minutes.

I'm hoping we play like we did last night where we slow it down and just let Al operate. Frye could give him fits offensively, but I don't think Phoenix has a big seasoned enough to deal with Al defensively. I think we have a chance cause we do play defense, and they're missing Bledsoe and I don't think they have a very good scorer who can light us up....no jinx.

Gerald Green will have his way with Hendo like almost every half decent SG does but Big Al should be able to dominate anybody they put on him in the post including Bonnell's glory boy Alex Len.

Sessions keeping up with Dragic's production will be key.

I would like to see us put MKG on Dragic and try to hide Sessions on PJ Tucker. Yeah Tucker might big body him a few times, but I do not see PJ Tucker taking over the game on us. I would at least it give a look.

McBob should be able to keep up with Frye on the perimeter to start the game, but I am a bit nervous for when they go small and play Frye and one of the morris brothers, because neither is a good matchup for Big Al.

I think we should go small ball for a few stretches tonight to try and keep up with them, either by playing MKG at the 4, or Zeller at the 5 with McBob at the 4.

Al probably goes ham again tonight unless he's gassed from last night's game. He's in to hot a zone for Miles Plumlee to mess with, probably. This game might go our way if PHX throws up ugly FG%, Sessions needs to be tidy with the ball though.

That sound so perfect.

How can Clifford not see this?

Honest question.

I also think that MKG would excel in the role that McRoberts has offensively. (minus spotting up from three)

Cliff's major flaw and something he has to figure out is he is WAY to set on his rotations and roles

i read on another forum that Dragic is statistically one of the best at hitting that mid range shot as well.

I was thinking about this last night and it reminded me of that Portland team with Pippen.
How Stoudemire flourished being able to play off the ball a bit and wondering if Kemba would gain the same benefit.

its definitely worth a shot just to get MKG involved.

This is going to be a "sisters to the slaughter" type of game. Sessions and Jefferson are going to get eaten alive on defense, and won't be able to make up for it on offense.

Our only hope is if Pargo and Tollilver go 15/15 from 3PT land
