Making my first trip to a game since Jason Richardsons debut in like.. 07? Pretty pumped about it.

should be a tough defensive game and both teams are off a back 2 back

Both teams are likely gassed. Memphis just got by LA Clippers and we just got by the Pelicans last night. This could be an ugly game against two defensive teams.

I hope you serve as the lucky charm for the Bobcats today. It would be awesome if we can win four games in five nights.

we have seen al destroy some really solid defenders during his recent purple patch - anthony davis, tim duncan, tyson chandler (x2), andre drummond (x2), andrew bogut, dendre jordan etc...

i think tonight vs marc gasol (and the team defense of the grizzlies) will be his toughest challenge in a really long time. gasol is smart enough to stay down in the fakes, long enough to bother al's shots w/out gambling, and strong enough to push al away from the basket.

the two best individual defensive jobs done vs jefferson this year that i can remember wer nikola pekovic and kendrick perkins - both guys who stayed down on fakes and were strong enough to push al away from the basket.

on the other end, gasol is going to pull jefferson away from the basket and put him in a ton of pick and rolls.

i dont see us winning this game. we have been abysmal in saturday home games, especially those in the 2nd night of a back to back. memphis is playing well now that they are healthy and we are short-handed. if kemba, hendo, MKG and pargo play anything on offense like they did last night, we are toast.

btw, another useless shame corner matchup tonight between MKG and prince. both guys will be playing 20 feet off each other.

I think our streak ends. Memphis is playing even better basketball than we have lately and we're usually not very good on back to backs.

I always say Memphis is us in the future, except Al compares to Randolph.

I think we have more talent than the Grizzlies, we're just a much younger team and don't have the chemistry and experience the Grizzlies have yet.

I think MKG's offense has been really improving recently. I'd like to see him get around 10 shots (from within his range). OT, I just found out he's cousins with Dajuan Wagner, the one time New Jersey high school phenom who scored 100 points in a high school game. He was later drafted by the Cavs but had his career cut short by a stomach ailment.

I thought Wagner was going to be a beast. His dad (Milt?) Was a good player as well
