A white 7-footer drafted by Philly in 2012 with the 45th pick.

His D-League stats:
http://www.nba.com/dleague/playerfile/j ... stats.html

(19.3ppg and 9.2rpg on .491 FG% shooting. .385 from three)

His offensive highlights from the D-League:

His defensive highlights from the D-League:

He played half of the season in Riga last year so I've seen him in person. I don't expect him to get any signification minutes, nor will he.

Never heard of him, so I looked him up. Apparently he's a 7' 260lb big man averaging 19/9 and two blocks in the D-League and plays inside and out, shooting 49/38.5/81. Made the D-League all-star game. Almost 24 years old.

He's just here for insurance in case one of the big four goes down.

seems like the type of guy to take a chance on. we needed a big man. he brings something our other 3 centers dont which is an apparent outside game. young, cheap with no expectation of playing time.

He's a lot more willing to use his bulk, play in the paint and score in the post. His good touch from outside is rather an additional weapon than something he lives by and (always) dies by.

I don't know much of anything about Justin Hamilton other than he got drafted or went to training camp with the Heat, I can't remember which one, so I'll reserve judgement. I'm kinda happy that we got a C tho and he can shoot so that's a plus.

from the highlights vid (thanks lamar), he appears to have a really good nose for the P&R. none of the jumpshots seemed to be outside of the flow of offense. plays like his height, crashes the rim well. definitely looks worth a flyer. exactly the kind of low-risk d-league signing bobcats fans have been pining for for years.

Just want to see him play and make a small but significant impact. Seems like he has the potential, and now he hopefully gets a chance.

Am I the only one who thinks this guy was picked up in case of the potential first round against the players so we have someone to guard Hibbert

we don't need anyone to guard Hibbert, Al and Biz will do fine, Roy can't even shoot 50% from the field (46% to be exact)

Im just saying Roy is a huge dude im not sure how effective Big Al or Biz would be on him, you saw him man handeling Bosh last year in the playoffs.

Bosh is a 230 pound PF Roy has at least 40 pounds on him , Al is a 290 pound center and Biz is a 250 pound athletic shot blocker who excels in defense

Biz will do just fine defending Hibbert. Hibbert isn't the one that needs attention. It's George, Hill, and West you need to be worried about on offense.
