i would really like to get Shabazz Napier with either Portlands pick or 2nd rounder

Napier was 7-22 but he displayed some of the skills that will make him an average NBA backup PG with a knack for the big play. He needs to work on his playmaking in the NBA if he wants to stick around. He has it but he takes too many bad shots. He needs a good system. I think he's a good fit here.
