Shabazz. Tough competitor, good shooter, good creator, WINNER.
Reminds me so much of Kemba ... and not just because they're both UCONN guys.

Shocked Napier and Hairston have fallen this far. Have to take Shabazz now.

Yeah with our need for floor spacing and Shabazz being the only 3-pt threat out of Payton and Ennis (and Smart and Exum) I don't see how those guys went ahead of him. Shabazz is a tenacious defender on par with Payton and great passer comparable to Ennis. His height/size hold him back but we should consider how our backup PG will play big minutes with Al Jefferson on the floor where he really forces double teams vs. second units, opening up wide open shots for our guards.

I'm not, they're overrated. Went with the more athletic, potentially better shooting version of Ramon, Clarkson.

Only 1 PG in this whole class can space the floor and that's Shabazz. The rest don't excel in any facet of the game over Shabazz, not in passing, not in dribbling, not in defense. This comes down to NBA size/strength. Less talented point guards are being favored (Ennis + Payton). I'd consider it more level if we didn't need a shooter on the second unit with Al playing big minutes.

I maintain that Shabazz is the 2nd best PG in this class behind Exum. I don't like Payton or Smart at all, and Ennis and Clarkson are just "meh"

Thought you guys might be interested in comparing your Big Board to ours (please don't vote in ours). Obviously since we have different needs there are different results, we are currently working on #17...and yes, this was blatantly stolen from your forum.
