2016 Offseason plan?

After this off season signing Stephenson, Williams and Robertson to 2 year deals (Stephenson has an team opt out after 2) what does Cho have in store for the 2016 off season when we will be in Miami territory with only rookie deals (depends if we extend Kemba and Biz).
Even though I am not the biggest Stephenson fan this signing gives Hornets a clear direction. Be a serious playoff team for the next 2 years. Good enough to entice potential FAs in 2016 that we are a team worth signing for. We will build a nice winning culture in the next 2 years that will erase 7 win season from players minds. If Hornets can be a top 4 sead and go deep in the playoffs, than we could be in the running for every player available since we could be considered a serious franchise in the Dallas, Houston, Indiana group. Sure Charlotte will still be a small market but 100 wins in 2 year can be a good selling point to potential FAs. And if this experiment doesn't work we can start rebuilding through lottery anyway without any longterm contracts holding us back
All in all great plan for MJ, Cho and Clifford.
