I really think its as simple as hes hitting the shots that he was originally missing. He's still assisted on roughly the same % of shots, so its not like he's all of sudden creating a ton of baskets for himself.

"Lou Williams rumor-crumbs briefly sprinkled across our Twitter timelines; but were just as quickly snatched up by the three point harvester-drones of the Houston Rocket’s unassailable Manifest Destiny towards achieving an algorithm-perfected, sentient basketball offense."
Basketball never read so pretentiously. I do agree with the premise, though the "Marvin shouldn't start because he was originally drafted as a sixth man" is junk.

Good read...interesting that our best 2 man combo is Frank and Zeller. Bodes well for the future.
The data he used about lineups is a bit misleading. Probably chose the wrong source.
Lamb and Zeller are the team's best 2-man combo, for the record.

Could be bad luck. Could be a problem with the conditioning or medical staff.
My picks:
2020 Draft (3rd pick) - Tyrese Haliburton, Devin Vassell, or Onyeka Okongwu
2021 Draft (11th pick) - Moses Moody

Painful injury with potential long term consequences
Good for the tank though he was too hot
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Excited about the Playoffs now that Durant has given other teams a fighting chance

Re: Geometry: The Frank Kaminsky Thread
Hopefully it's mild... it didn't look mild based on the pain he appeared to be in...
I wonder if they did an MRI?
If it's severe or doesn't respond to treatment, then surgery could be possible... Fingers crossed it's a 2 week injury and nothing that requires going under the knife. Link below

Source: Frank Kaminsky injury is "bad" & "similar to MKG's subluxation shoulder injury". Timetable TBD - possibly remainder of season

It sounds like Kaminsky will have MRI when team returns to Charlotte. That will obviously determine whether surgery will be required or not.

What the fork! Do basketball gods really hate us?
Just when Kaminsky is having the best games of his NBA career, he's likely out for the season.

EXCLUSIVE: According to a @QCHblog source close to the team, Frank Kaminsky is "likely" done for the season.
Would guess we'll be hearing definitively on this sometime today.

Re: Geometry: The Frank Kaminsky Thread
Can't blame the team for playing it cautious with only a slim shot at playoffs. If there's no surgery, then maybe he could come back in the postseason if we were somehow able to make it in.
The Charlotte Hornets will win their first round series against the Boston Celtics in the 2021 Playoffs
