I have to say, if we don't get Jeremy lamb its all time hall of fame hilarious for this board

So is this just between us and memphis or is this part of the OKC Lamb trade?

Ridnour's deal is fully unguaranteed right? OKC probably preferred that over having to still pay Barnes 1 million.

Hopefully we waive him. I wonder if it's zero implications on the cap? I would assume so because of their was why wouldn't we just cut Barnes.

Ugh. He was awful here. I'd honest to god rather roll with Bri Ro. So is Lamb out, or are we going to send Ridnour to OKC so they can waive the entire deal instead of taking the $1 million cap hit from Barnes?

Edit - Just saw someone post this theory, sorry. I think this seems fairly likely. Kind of the third team in the trade scenario.

could be a 3 team with Ridnour going to OKC, i think he and Lamb make the same amount of $

Right, that's what I assume is going on. OKC gets to free up a roster spot for free without taking the $1.5M cap hit Barnes would have brought.

Lol, Memphis acquired him yesterday. Gotta think this is what Rick was referring to before. Magic-Grizzlies-Hornets-Thunder?-Waived in 24 hours. Kinda like Scotty Hopson in the Haywood deal last year, these unguaranteed deals are the new expiring contract as far as value goes.
