Saw this on instagram and thought it was worth posting, but couldn't find (or was too lazy to look much for) a dedicated thread on business stuff for the Hornets so thought a dedicated thread was appropriate.

I still haven't received my Hornets license plate.

OMG, just called to get to the bottom of this... As it turns out, the department of transportation requires at least 300 applications for the Hornets license plate and they currently do not have 300 apps on file. Mine is one of less than 300. These fans SUCK

Yep, we have been waiting for 2 years! I will have a new car by the time we get to 300 plates.......

I hate the Hornets merchandise website. Such limited selection. The team store has 100 times more stuff than what is shown on the website. I've never understood why they don't make all of it available online as well.

BTW, did anyone get a teal tuxedo shirt? Is it awesome?

That would be great. I could PM you my address if you're serious. But I know that's a lot of work, so I understand if its too much.

I am totally serious! I would rather not have to mail it off though. Are you in Charlotte? I live in the triangle but have season tickets so I am down there a few times a month in the season (I have to sell the rest of my tickets for games I cant make).
I could hand it off to you before a game.........

Hornets get to keep what they sell in the team store and not share profit with the rest of the league.

Anyone been brave enough to go buy a Batum or Lin jersey?

Also apparently the black Buzz City unis are now available in the Hornets store. Might have to pick one up.

We have plenty of cap space to overpay him so I would. Already bought a teal Kemba T. I get compliments on it all the time. Plus I live 5 hrs from Charlotte right now and you don't see any merchandise where I live. It really stands out. When I'm in Charlotte, nobody says squat about it.

They look pretty sick too. I was at the Wizards game and almost purchased a Batum Buzz City jersey but held off. I wanted to get a Lamb jersey but they did not have any. No one wants to buy a Hairston jersey, get that **** out of here and put Lamb in the store.

Hopefully he will have a jersey there by the OKC game.

Hornets had 19,000 in attendance for the win against the Grizzlies Saturday, surprised at that turnout as it's well above our average and the Grizz are not a marquee opponent.
