With a win in this game and a Bulls loss to the Pacers Friday, the Hornets will be one game out of first place in the East.

22 straight losses to Lebron. That is one ridiculous streak that needs to end.

Cava are missing 4 key player in Kyrie, Shumpert, Mozgov and Dellavedova..
that's a 50/50 game, trust me.

Marv/Cody/Frank on Love and Lin on Mo Will would be very important. PJ did fine against Melo for a half, can he do the same to LeBron?

moral victory requirements
keep it within 10 by the end of the third
one of our pgs has a good game
fewer than 12 turnovers
no scoreless drought in the 3rd
not getting killed by mo williams of all people
my body is ready

Wish MKG is healthy, but screw it. We win it.

Over/under on the number of points LeBron scores on PJ Hairston? That matchup alone is probably going to set us back about 15 points in the ~15min PJ plays.

I want my best defender guarding LeBron. That's Batum. What's the point in being a good defender if you never take the tough assignment? PJ guarded Wade well for like 10 minutes opening night and suddenly he's being viewed as some kind of stopper? If we stick anyone but Batum on LeBron, LeBron will dominate.

Lebrons going to dominate regardless. He'd probably even dominate with MKG on him. I'd much rather Hairston spend whatever minutes he plays guarding Lebron than exhausting Batum on him.

One way to beat LeBron is to play a bigger guy on him, like Cody Zeller, to limit his court vision and easy jumpers. Or you could play someone small and really fast who is a superior defender, to bother his ball-handling and dribbling. Unfortunately, the Hornets do not have a guard of that description. Where are you when we need you, Muggsy Bogues?

Macho Marvin the resurrected former no.2 pick, 6-9, 237 against Shake-your-Bron-Bron the former no.1 pick, 6-8, 250, gonna be interesting.

Well if we want Wilt Chamberlains record to be broken we could definitely put Zeller on him.
Zeller is a fine defender guarding big men. But Lebron? Come on man.

Love Cody but LeBron would blow by him over and over like he's not even there. The speed difference is way to much for Cody to keep up with I mean the guy is 7 feet they don't move as fast as guys LeBron size. I don't think there's anyway batum doesn't end up with that work load. That will probably result in less of a offensive night for him since he will be burning all his energy on defense so that's where someone else needs to step up. This is deffanitely a winnable game. We have way more depth with Kyrie and shump out with injurys.

Horrible matchup for us. I'd much rather put Hairston on him. Easily.

LeBron? Do the old different looks, run traps, double teams. Problem with doing that with LeBron is he's a superior facilitator.
I think it's big that there's no Irving, Mozgov and Shump (Shump is good on D). Make LeBron overwork and try to get rebounds. Love is a good rebounder.
It's possible. Most key guys need to bring their A game, so Kemba, Batum, Al and off the bench the Jeremys, Zeller and some contribution from Kam and it's possible. MW will give the hustle and effort. Just play organized and not sloppy with no 3Q letdown. DO that, and one day the comeback won't materialize.
