length, length and more length...

Bucks also coming off back-to-back, won in OT last night vs Hawks.

Giannis has been playing very well last few games. Batum will have his hands full on both ends.

Jeremy Lamb is doubtful for tonight's matchup against Milwaukee #Hornets.

Really need this one, I think. It would be so deflating to follow up that great Atlanta game with a losing streak. We have Utah and OKC coming up, both will be very tough.

Ive never seen Cody get so easily worked as he did last time he faced Monroe. That and all our guards being injured has me expecting a blowout loss. Feels like our season is on the brink of being finished.

That's how I feel from time to time, but we are "only" 2.5 games behind 8th place Celtics with more than 1/2 season to go so all hope is not lost. Adjustments have to made though. We cannot keep doing what we've been doing and wait for better results.

There will certainly be a few key injuries to other teams in the next month that will have a significant impact on the playoff race. If we can get healthy, we might be able to pick off one or two of those teams late in the year. But we can't afford to give up more ground, that's for sure. There's still 13 teams with a realistic shot at the 8 playoff spots. 5 teams + the 1 team that gets swept by the Cavs will be very disappointed.

if these injuries are minor, ie nothing big and everyone can play through it fine, then I feel confident enough to call this game a W for the hornets. Nobody is truly happy the way things went down last night, not the fans, the players or the coaches, which is the reason I think the hornets are going to come out of the gate with an aggressive mentality.

i agree with him, season feels like its over. When hornets lose to teams like suns/nuggets/pelicans, you KNOW that the sht has hit the fan.

I disagree though with some fans here who think we should initiate tanking protocol. Only thing that will do is push Lin, Batum and Marvin Williams towards the exit as fast as possible come the end of the season. Hornets then will be left in a devastated state, back to drawing board, but this time no draft picks and a miserable 5 more years of tanking.

That's kind of my point. If you feel like the season is over in mid-January, you are overreacting.

Seems like one more big losing streak would put us in too deep of a hole.

I'm starting to get comfortable at the ledge lol.
