Maybe Parker ?
I dont think pop is resting 2 starters when they are just 3 games out of 1st seed and still playing Warriors 2 more time.

it does matter who plays who rests... it matters how they play on the court... if the spurs take away Hornets three point shooting, hornets basically have no business of winning this one... Kemba/Lin need to consistently attack the rim open up things, Al needs to be more efficient to have a chance

Watch them rest everyone and we still get blown out.
At least the Spurs just assigned Boban and Simmons to the D-League

Losing streak, 2 in a row Pop is a genius, we will lose by more than 13.

the Horncats have been 2-20 against the Spurs.
last time we beat them, they played Keith Bogans, Roger Mason, Marcus Haislip and Theo Ratliff. DeJuan Blair was second in minutes played..

Funny- if we somehow get a top 5 record this season by some miracle, we still owe the Spurs our 2nd round pick this season because of that trade

Basically no chance. They're zooming in.
Hard to be a trap game too when we've been sizzling.

Kemba will score big.
But I don't think Hornets will win this one.

You have to ask, whom can we stop? Their top eight players in FG% all shoot 50% or higher (minimum 20 games) and Duncan shoots a mere .493. We only have one, Cody Zeller, at .513.
They have six guys shooting 35% or higher from three (minimum 30 attempts), we have six, as well, although Spencer Hawes has not played in several weeks. To win, we have to shoot lights-out from three.

I imagine they spend most of their practice time on three point shooting defense......
Basically no chance that happening when they could stop Curry.
Only chance to win------------Linsanity!

I think it's one of those worthless throw-in second rounders. It's protected for 31-55 and ceases to exist if the protection works (which it will).

I don't think there's a single person on this forum that thinks that the Hornets will beat the Spurs.

Probably as many as thought we'd blow out CLE without Kemba or take down MIA on the second night of a B2B when they had extra rest. Stranger things have happened. They just wrapped up an extended home stand, but lost @IND a couple weeks ago. All of their losses this season have come on the road, they are much more vulnerable traveling than at home.

Didn't we discuss having our game thread for this one on the oft-deserted Spurs forum? It was awhile ago, then again maybe I'm making that up.
