BREAKING: Adam Silver said it's likely Hornets will have Brand Jordan logo on jerseys in 2017-18, not the Nike logo like rest of league.

NBA will allow teams to put ads on jerseys in 2017/18. What better ad to have on our jerseys than MJ's very own brand. Iconic.

I am a bit sad we won't see a huge orange Bojangles patch on the front of our jerseys though.

Maybe they'll allow ads on the back of shorts, would be perfectly appropriate to put one there. :insert your own Big Al joke:

Was hoping for just a picture of a Cajun filet biscuit. Or maybe a Bojangler.

Perhaps a fine ham biscuit? Or is that mostly just a BCP thing?

I also wonder how much a unique Jordan branded jersey will drive sales versus the rest of the league

You thinking it would be unique to us?

I'm wondering if MJ wouldn't mind slapping the jumpman on all 30 jerseys if given the chance?

I mean yeah. That's what the tweet said. We'd have Jordan. Rest of the league with Nike.

Unless I'm reading it wrong?

Does anyone know how to buy the jersey? How to pay and how to ship it to abroad? And about the size, what size is fit a small guy like me? Because it seems the size is different between US and my country. Thanks in advance.

Interesting. Although I'm more interested on the ads that will be placed in our jerseys.

I think you can purchase a jersey at NBA store online or at the Hornets website. Of course you'll have to pay it through credit card and there are shipment options at the website. You'll probably have to settle for small, which is the smallest size, although it might be a little bit bigger for us Asians.

My bad, i forgot the NBA store online. Smallest size? Got it. I'm afraid, if i buy the wrong size then the jersey will look like a dress when i wear it,

Thanks mate.

Just think, if Bob Johnson still owned the team we could've had orange Bobcats BET jerseys. Siiiiiiiiiick.

Forgot about that, but that would indeed suffice.

Is BET still around? Because that would be a pretty hilarious throw back if we got an ad by them.

So, is the Jordan brand logo on our jerseys considered the designated 'advertising' tag specifically for the Hornets that each team is going to get on their own respective jerseys starting in 2017? Or is it just instead of the Nike logo, the Hornets will have the Jordan brand logo starting then.... in addition to an 'advertising' tag.

I don't really understand why so many fans are against the advertising patch. I heard it's going to be really small and barely noticeable.
