GT: Charlotte vs Detroit 11/29 7PM EST

Before the season started Baxter Holmes (with the help of Tom Haberstoh) sought insight from sleep scientists to identify the absolute worst games on this year's schedule, the ones where a team is very likely to lose just because of the lack of rest:
http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/17790282/the-nba-grueling-schedule-cause-lossIt's on par with the other stuff guys at ESPN have done to highlight how ludicrous the NBA schedule really is.
The Hornets have the first out of seven absolute worst games in the league and it's tonight:
1. 11/29: Hornets (Pistons): 8.5 Mah score
Leaving Memphis, the Hornets lose an hour flying home-and less than 24 hours later cap a four games-in-five-days stretch vs. the rough-and-tumble Pistons.
(Mah Score is based on eight fatigue factors, ranges from 0 to 12, with higher scores indicating greater disadvantage.)
Do the guys power through? Can the Pistons beat Charlotte without Reggie Jackson?
Or is the team in a better position than one would expect, given the rest some of the starters had in last night's blowout and the fact that Nicolas Batum had the chance to take that second Knicks game off?

worried about the bigs being low energy and flat. Cant afford drummond to go completely beast mode.

I predicted this game as a loss in the 10-game thread, for the very same reasons Lamar mentioned. I won't freak out if we lose, even at home.
Good news, MKG only played 20 minutes last night, so he should be very fresh. Will need big games from Hibbert and Hawes if we want to contain Drummond. Zeller surely to pick up a few quick fouls before getting elbowed in the face.
Does Lamb have 3 good games in a row in him?

Not sure if anyone else had this problem, but I could not find this game on the preview guide for tonight on FoxSports. They had running and a college hoops game listed. I'm sure it's just a mistake. They do that a few times a season. I recorded the running and college game just to be sure.

If last night was a dogfight I'd be more worried, but only Kemba and Frank played more than 30 minutes (Kemba played 33, Frank played 30). I actually think Frank will do better with more PT and shorter turnaround, gives him less time to get in his head and a really good opportunity to establish a flow to his game.
None of Batum, Zeller, MKG, Lamb, or Belinelli played more than 23 minutes last night. They should be fine.

I wonder, will clifford adjust to SVG's persistent small ball ? I mean, there really is no reason to have hibbert/hawes out there chasing leur. Just cut the rotation and play stagger mkg to play with the bench at the 4. That will most likely not happen though ha.

I'm with fats about MKG playing the 4. He can be serviceable but it really negates his ability to fly around on D.

For sure. Ish Smith is a great backup for them, they'll take off one Reggie is back.

obviously Ish is the one who has the harder assignment but Udrih's been better so far. will be interesting to see what happens once Jackson comes back. at least I wouldn't call Ish Smith a "great backup"..

Hope we pick and roll the heck out of them.
I see that as being our key to winning tonight.
Loads and loads of P&R.
Cody should be able to blow by Drummond all night long.
