I figure this game will follow a similar path as the recent home games vs Mavs and Pistons, low scoring and ugly. I don't see us breaking out of our shooting slump vs them.
This is about as healthy as we've been all season, so we can't use injuries as an excuse. This means someone is probably about to get hurt.

I'm working late tomorrow, so I'll be watching on DVR, but hopefully we can get a better game thread than the last one. Yikes.

They've sucked less since they benched Vucevic, haven't they?

seems that way. Also around same time they moved Payton to bench in favor of Augustin.

Good luck charm time.
To continue the tradition of Charlotte Hornets houses , this time we stay in my homeland and go to Latvia's region of Latgale.
Latgale and its beautiful landscapes of hundreds of lakes is one of the easternmost places in the European Union and shares a border with Russia. A culturally rich place, it's a region where many people still speak in the Latgalian language, not that easy to comprehend for the average Latvian, I might add.
The proximity of Russia and Belarus has had a huge influence on the region. For one, it's quite the melting pot with people of many ethnic groups. You can even find places where Latvian won't be spoken and the Latgalian or Russian language is the form of communication. For that reason it's also the perfect place to find houses painted in bright colors, something that ethnic Russians are likely to do.
That's why today's Charlotte Hornets house comes from Zilupe, a city of 1,600 inhabitants which lies about 5 kilometers from the border control post of Terehova. The city's mayor having been accused of conducting the city's council meetings in Russian, it's a place distinctly influenced by Russian culture. One where I could definitely find a teal or purple house.

Charlotte Hornets house of Zilupe, TAKE US HOME!

Given the high caliber of that good luck charm, perhaps it would have been prudent to have kept it holstered until playoff time Lamar.
Next time I pass through Latvia, I'll make sure to coordinate with you in advance to arrange a guided tour of the booming metropolis of Zilupe

Yeah, I'm wondering whether I should use it for the Cleveland game.. Probably not. It's a deal on the Zilupe trip, though, haha.
The surrounding area of it does have on benefit, however. Not many better places to just get lost from civilization, visit border area villages with the population of like 10 people and set up camp for night alongside a random lake.

How did you find that house Lamar? Did you drive by it as well or have you spent the last 3 days randomly google driving around remote areas of Latvia looking for teal or purple colored houses.

We've been lackluster at home this season, that needs to change. I hope to see us aggressive and firing on all cylinders tonight.

No, I didn't drive past it (though, I probably have gone past similar houses on other occasions).
It actually took me only 10 to 15 minutes on Google Maps. That particular city was the first place I looked (such an idea was recommended by my GF who's from that part of Latvia) and, yeah, I felt like there just had to be at least one such house. So I took a look from the satellite where most of the private houses are located and took a journey through those particular streets.
There just are certain cities and villages in Latgale where one can look for them (and god knows how many of them you can find in remote areas of Russia).

Working late? Keep your fancy DVR's.
We don't have to work at all in Canada - because we have free healthcare.

1/9 for both teams, this is looking like a remake of two days ago's game...Minus the defense for Orlando
MKG's in transition beast mode today hopefully... Not that their wings can slow him down. It should be a game for him especially in 2nd 1/4 when he plays with the bench against theirs.
Biyombo's gonna get 3 early fouls soon if they defend the pnr like this.

I get to watch the game live tonight because i cant go into work cuz i f'ed up my back. Probably should be at the hospital but my insurance wont pay for it, cuz you know... America is so exceptional we get that sweet private healthcare system, where you work and pay for insurance but still cant go to the doctor.
Also, OMG MKG shot a 3. I dont even care if it was an awful brick.

He missed it just because he wanted Cody to get the offensive board.
