People who remember the last Charlotte Hornets house will ask - but, Lamar, you already took us to Zilupe... can one even go more east!?

Hell yes! One can go to Pasiene, the most easternmost village in Latvia. Part of the Zilupe Municipality, it's notable for the phenomenon that you can only find in Latgale, a village of a couple of hundred people is home to a grandiose Baroque style church.

The Pasiene Parish is also the place where Latvia's border meets Russia and Belarus creating a tripoint, the "Mound of Friendship" as it's called. Thus one go to Pasiene Parish, pass by the lone walker and forgotten homes by deserted dirt roads and walk through an alley of lime trees to see the three pillars signifying each country's colors and territory (approaching the Russian border pillar in a non-touristic place once ended up in us being apprehended by our border patrol, but that's a story for another time).

Can there be a better place for Charlotte Hornets houses than a parish where Russia and Belarus are so near? Of course not. That's where we get this beauty of a domicile:



A more mellow and lighter teal, almost connoting the taste of mint gum, I actually find this color to be quite soothing.

IND came back from a big deficit to beat POR Saturday, they gave up 71 first half points (44 in the 1st quarter) but then only gave up 40 points in the second half and only 13 points in the 4th quarter.

Think this will be a good winnable test for us.
