Which player is most likely to slide to 11?

Poll - Which projected top 10 player is most likely to fall out of the top 10 on draft night, thus becoming an option for the Hornets at 11?

I'll leave the poll open for users to change their votes, so they can readjust as rumors come out leading up to draft.

I can't see any possible way that Fultz, Ball, Jackson, Fox or Tatum slide to 11, so I will leave them out of the poll.

Monk?
Isaac?
Lauri?
Frank?
Smith Jr?

Right now my gut is telling me Lauri.

If I had to bet I'd say Monk. If the Knicks pass on him I think he'll be there at 11.

Kennard has not been projected by most as a top 10 for the past month, so him being available at 11 would not be a surprise. Doesn't really fit the point of this discussion.

There is an ESPN article that quoted an anonymous GM saying Kennard won't make it out of the top 10. (It could always just be GM talk and/or smoke) I'll change to Monk or DSJ for this exercise then.

Kennard is not going before 20. People just hyping him up for some reason. I've got to go with Frank being the most likely to slide down. Teams ahead are going to be looking to add players at more important positions and more proven than Frank.

It's Monk. One way player that I don't see developing two ways. Elite shooting, but poor on the defensive end. Measureables are weak.

I really don't like him as a prospect but if he slides we'd take him. The league is moving towards needing two way players. Monk will only be a specialist in the league.

Don't see Isaac getting past 7, but the rest of these are at least plausible. Sticking with my guess of Monk, and I wouldn't be surprised if we preferred Mitchell and MM slides to twelve.

I'd take this guy over Donovan. I don't care if we already have Frank.

Dennis Smith. I think Ntilikina is more valued among the GMs.

I think Monk and Lauri are the most likely sliders.

I hope my comments didn't come off as snarky or anything. I don't doubt there are scenarios where Kennard can go in top 10, but if that were to happen, most mocks would see that as Luke moving up in the draft as opposed to the idea that he might fall to 11.

For example, check out the Hornets.com mock draft section where they compile mocks from various sites.
http://www.nba.com/hornets/2017-mock-draft-board
Out of 8 different mocks, the highest any of them project Luke is 11.

Carry on...

Agreed, but the same would apply to Lauri as well, right? Both Lauri and Monk project as 1-way players. How many teams are really ready to use a top 10 pick on a player that really has little chance to ever become a 2-way player? I think in Monk's defense teams might give him the edge due to shot creation and potential playmaking. Monk is also very athletic, so the tools might be there for a coach to mold him into a decent defender. Are there other parts to Lauri's game besides 3pt shooting that might convince teams he can do more than simply space the floor? I see comparisons to Ryan Anderson, but Anderson was a good rebounder coming into the league, whereas Lauri is quite the opposite.

That being said, Lauri has an elite skill, unique for his size, and I can certainly see a few teams valuing that skill as a top 10 pick.

Most likely to slide in my opinion is Frank. His lack of a consistent jay will hurt him. Honestly, I don't expect many surprises at all in this draft.
