Curious to watch Portis for my part. Most of their (other) players are soft (too) so Frank will look like Larry Bird most likely. Untill the Hornets face another tough team. Rinse/Repeat.

Hornets need to win this one easily, to build a bit of confidence. But above all, there is a major need of building chemistry and recovering a 'dominating' frontcourt (at least for centers). Can't have any inside-outside game when it's mostly based on the "outside" (hence the poor efficiency).

He should be. He played like 30 minutes vs Cleveland

The Hornets are 1-6 on the road. I think the chemistry issues are still causing problems, among other things. It is winnable, but the Hornets need to hold on once they get a lead. The last three games, if I was paying attention, they had double-digits late in the second half and lost anyway. Should be a close win.

Who the heck is Paul Zipser? I know zip about this guy.

Charlotte is 26th in the league in assists, but 1st in (fewest) turnovers. That puts the assist/turnover ratio at 1.43, same as the 76ers and just behind the Knicks. Not great company. On the plus side, the team is 4th in rebounding.
