I thought Exum is likely out for the season with a shoulder injury.

Well he's Australian too, so that's ok, can't see the Bucks doing it though.
Thon is a stretch 5 who can block shots and probably a better fit than Frank

With Zeller down, I guess we really have to run with Frank at the 5, we don't really have a choice... This sucks, he was the piece we'd most likely be able to trade for a backup PG worth a ****.

Kemba just has to Nationalise as Aussie

Love the fact that we'll get to see Frank at the 5 for a stretch here.

Center Frank is the only passable Frank IMO. He's gonna get worked on defense but at least he can beat somebody off the dribble now.

Don’t bank on it. We don’t really have another backup PF other than Frank on the roster and our coaches have been reluctant to play small ball much if any at all. We might just end up seeing more Dwight and a lot of JOB with Frank still playing the 4.

One thing I noticed after Frank went down last night- we did see MKG + Graham playing with two guards for a while. I think we'll see more small ball. Silas tried that out, and I'm not sure I've seen Cliff pull that one out at all. Small ball will come in handy tomorrow night vs Markkannen and Mirotic, two guys that move well on the perimeter without the ball. Having a wing player defending them (when marvin isn't) will be better than having to watch Frank attempt to keep up. Especially Markkannen- he can't be left alone

This will be the first test of Silas for me. If he approaches the situation like Clifford would, which would be playing Dwight until he fouls out and then running Frank/JOB the entire time Marv/Dwight are out of the game, then that will be a major red flag for me.

Silas looks like he's passed that test. I don't love the idea of Frank at center at all defensively, but he's what we've got. Graham and MKG playing PF minutes (regardless of how brief those stretches have been) have looked fine.

For as bad as MCW and Monk have been this year Frank has been almost as bad. Frank is a major contributor to how bad our bench is because of how lost on defense he is. I don’t remember him being this bad defensively. This year he’s taken it to a another level of pitiful. And for how bad his defense has been his offense haven’t been any good either outside of 1 good game every 4 or so.

I'm officially ready to move on from Frank. It would be mutually beneficial to part ways I think.

agreed, lets trade him while we can still sell him as a stretch 4.
maybe Bucks might want him. otherwise I stick by jazz as a target, they have to move on from Favors
