I wonder if the Hawks will throw the game again by benching their best player in the closing minutes

well played, tankbirds

Hoping for an L tonight so MJ&Cho don't go crazy again this year thinking we still have a shot at playoffs.

Interesting. In S. Ready's itw, Clifford acknowledged that the rotation at the 4 could involve JoB, Graham and MKG. No Batum though, sigh

lol considering how he has shot his first jumper, he might as well keep passing Dwight the ball

Bazemore is such a good defender ? Crazy that he just refuses to drive or even provide some cuts/backdoors for kemba and others.

“Batum is a 2. We assigned him to be a 2. If we’re going to stretch him to another position it’ll be a 3 at most. It’s just not right to jump a player up 2 positions above where he’s naturally assigned.” - Clifford logic.

i can't even get excited for the 4pt play because after trying to get that bs foul every other night this season, one finally goes in lol. good stuff nic

even these assists are fake news. plumlee throws the ball straight to him and a fast break pass he couldn't miss if he tried.

We need to get out tank commander MCW in pronto. This game is getting out of hand already.

Dwight is smart enough to post up on whatever side Batum is standing. Batum’s laziness happily obliged to dumping the ball down to Dwight so that he doesn’t have to do much.

It’s weird that Batum hates to attack the rim. Even when he does he usually stops right before getting to the rim to do a turning/fading jumper instead of going off one leg for a layup going forward. He’s almost like those 50-year old men at the Y that refuse to do layups in fear that they may break a leg going off one foot.

More offense thru MKG please. I like what I’m seeing more and more. Why do he refuse to even try to attempt 3s tho like WTF.

Now that's what irritates me the most with Batum, Box out. Hopefully his guy did not recover the ball but that's facepalming lack of focus

*sighs*

6/7 for their bench so far.

Did the bench had any stop so far ? It's like they are scoring on all of their offense.

If I were coach, I would tell the guys to play strict man-to-man coverage. Do not leave your man unless to stop a layup or to switch.

KISS = Keep it simple, stupid!
