I honestly wish he would’ve humbly rejected the offer but I’m not mad at him for accepting it as it’ll go great on his resumè at the end of his career. Just know that he deserved the submission on the 1st go.

Congrats to Kemba! He's just the fourth Hornets player to play in more than one All-Star Game.

Heck no to rejecting the offer. Some guys never get the chance, or only get one chance. You'd look like a jerk if you rejected. Plus it means too much to the franchise and his teammates. Also truly solidifies him as a star. 2 time All Star isn't anything to scoff at.

Agreed. I was speaking from a ignorant state of mind. He did the right thing and took the high road. Another example of what make Kemba a great guy.

Goran Dragic is an All Star and was picked before Kemba. That should give you a pretty clear indication of what being an All Star means. If Kemba turned it down, I wouldn't blame him at all.

Kemba is a very humble dude, laid back alpha male doer type dude thats greatful, he will never reject any chance to go to the all star or make a bad comment about gettig snub the first time but if was me yeah i would say fuxx youuuuuu im supose to be ahead of Dragic

Simmons doesn't agree. Something just erks me about Simmons. Shut up and play a whole season before you start going in Twitter complaining about being snubbed. Think it's a joke that he will win ROY this year too. He's not a rookie period.

I like Ben Simmons but it aggravated tf outta me when I read his comments about being snubbed especially where he put Kemba’s name in it as if Kemba’s not a better player than him right now and had the nerve to mention team record as if he know how to win without Embiid playing.

I also don’t know if he’ll win ROY. I think Donovan Spida Mitchell may be in the lead right now.

Mitchell should be in the lead. Simmons really isn't a rookie, and to be honest his numbers are good but not great. Guy hasn't even hit a 3p shot yet, is shooting 57% from the free throw line, and commits 4 turnovers per game. Don't get me wrong, guy has star potential all over himself, but he needs to shut up, play ball, and let everything else come to him

Simmons talks **** like he's blissfully unaware that if Embiid breaks his foot again he'd be in Kemba's shoes.

I'm not surprised though. Casual fans get basically no chance to see Kemba on a regular basis, most people think Kemba still averages 18/5 while shooting 25% from deep, and the reality is the majority of young players don't enter the league with knowledge that outstrips your average fair weather fan.
