Interested to see how Monk fares tonight with MCW out. If his low 3PA the last time he got extended minutes means he is learning if he is not hot or wide open to have a better shot selection or it was just coincidence at Boston and YOLO Jack'em up Joe Monk will show back up tonight. :banghead:

Y’all got more faith in Monk seeing over 10 minutes than I do lol.

Under on everything. He might get to 12 minutes tops but I’m going to go with the under to be on the safe side. Clifford still sees a opportunity to make the playoffs so the first time Monk either miss a shot, foul, or miss a defensive assignment he’ll get pulled and that’ likely happen inside of his first 4 minutes on the floor each half.

Usually when Monk comes in the game he gets shut out from the opportunity to take shots between Frank and Lamb. Once Frank put that ball on the floor it’s a whirling dervish to the lane with passing as the absolute last option and of course Lamb is more than likely looking for his shots in his short span of 20 minutes per game before one of Batum or MKG replace him.

Hard to imagine the Hornets players, specifically Kemba, MKG, and Marv not being frustrated with Dwight’s defense. He could practically guard no one and camp out in the paint and still give up a uncontested layup because he not paying attention.

Amir Johnson shoots 3s and MKG don’t.

Clifford wasn't lying when he said he'll give Monk the minutes MCW vacated. I'm appalled.

I don't blame MKG for protesting that no call.

Frustration built up from all of the several hundred other no calls over the years. It even look like the Sixers were intentionally trying to commit a hard foul and the refs swallow their whistles. Embiid has gotten away with about 5 calls in that first half that could've been defensive fouls.

Should've included Batum. He's actually looked the most frustrated because the Sixers are using Embiid to screen Batum off Redick and Dwight is nonexistent. I'm not used to him showing emotion.

A mixed bag with Monk so far, I wanted him to dunk on Saric so bad! It wasn't for lack of effort!

Batum passed the ball back to a covered Kemba when he was wide open off the screen lol smh.

You know it's bad officiating when MKG gets a technical then the refs magnify the bad call by ejecting him.

I already counted this game as a loss because we regularly get outcoached and the Sixers are actually playing for something. It's only tough to watch because I'm not getting the chance to see enough Lamb and Monk.

Why not play your 2nd best scorer when your best scorer is struggling?
