How do you guys seeing the draft going after just 1 year? Does Tatum go first? Where does Fultz land? Interested to see everyone’s top 14 picks.

Mitchell followed by Tatum are my definite top 2. It is really tough to judge most of the others right now, because most haven't gotten a lot of opportunity, or had typical rookie struggles, but I'm tempted to Markannen at #3 and after seeing the weird Fultz jumper saga and virtually nothing else from him, I'm not sure I'd take him if he slipped to #11.

OG and Ntilikina both have an argument to be ahead of Monk, but these lists are mostly spot-on imo. I think the top 5 would be something like:
Tatum
Mitchell
Ball
Markanen
Kuzma
Tatum and Mitchell definitely top 2, but everyone else would depend on team preference.

If Monk is still being picked top 15, this must be the worst rookie class of all time because he had a deplorable year.

So did Lonzo, Josh Jackson, DSJr, Fox, Fultz, Ntilikina, Isaac, Zach Collins, Kennard, etc.
I gave an advantage to guys who were already reasonably productive, or straight up good in a few cases, but projection and potential were still a big factor.

Monk is going to be a good player, have a lot of faith a new coaching staff is just what he needed.

he's not the only player I feel that way about.

Guess you didn't watch the last 7 games. It's kind of hard to put up numbers or gain rhythm when you're playing the last two minutes of games. SMH

Monk had a few opportunities but didn't take advantage. The last handful.of games were meaningless bit he at least looked somewhat aware. I still don't think he's top 15.

Then would you like to post your version of a redraft or do you just prefer to criticize the ones other people make?

No John Collins then? Productive rookie(made 2nd team all rookie team) and still has high upside. Dont see any way he wouldn’t be at worst a lottery pick in a redraft. He was better than Isaac, Bam and Jarrett Allen for sure.

I really don't watch any other team so can't accurately rank. I just know Monk wouldn't be top 15 unless everybody was as bad on defense and offense. I mean Monk was like dead last in SG rpm for 2 months and that accounts for playing time.

It's way too early to make this judgment. Brandon Ingram looked like he wouldn't play out his rookie contract his first season and he dramatically improved last season. It takes some guys longer to find their comfort zone and start playing well.

Does not logical sense make.

I've watched enough basketball to know when a rookie underperforms even low expectations and Monk did that. Whether that's on the coach or him remains to be seen.
