I think he'll come to the team once we are winning. He's gotten a lot bigger and seems to have retained his nice shooting stroke.

he could be out Duncan Robinson.

Would be cool if was to come over and take up some minutes. Would make consider making Bridges available.

The team could really use a sweet shooting backup PF option this season. Not sure if a borderline guys like him is going to be eager to come to the United States of Covid right now, though.

Man what a huge body difference now from when we drafted him. Gives me even more thirst for what LaMelo can do with a filled out body.

What's his contract situation like. He can't be worse than McDaniels and we could use a shooting big off the bench

I see he is signed for one more season after this one, so 2022-2023 NBA season unless we buy out the contract

When do the European leagues end their regular season? Is it possible that in a scenario where they trade Miles at the deadline that they buy out this guys contract and bring him over this season?

I'm not sure how the buyout works and if Bilbao has a say in the matter. But Bilbao is in an interesting predicament. Their European season (FIBA Champions League) has ended quite a while ago so they probably wouldn't mind letting go of Kulboka for a financial injection/buyout. However, they currently have the worst record in the ACB (Spanish domestic league) which means they are risking being relegated to a lower division, and letting go of Kulboka could further increase the chances of that happening.

Good performance by Kulboka in one of the last but very important games of the season, trying to prevent his team from being relegated to the 2nd Spanish division.

It depends on countries, since covid had an impact on many leagues and France for instance choose to cancel a bunch of games during winter and they are currently catching up in April/may to finish RS in early june normally.

In ACB (spanish league), they are 3/4 games away form the end of the RS (i guess it will be over next week more or less). Italy, Germany, Greece and many others have already finished their RS and they are in play offs.
All european cups are over except EL
Also, many prospects are locked on heavy buy out contracts in Spain.

More like a poor man's Luke Babbitt (yes...). He's not even a good rebounder like Teletovic was. and he cant dribble in the nba if you are serious. He was a turnover machine in his early age and never improved. Not a play maker as well. Just a tall guy who can shoot the 3 from range that will be a huge liability on the defensive end.

Sedekerskis who was the leader of this lithuanian kids has improved quite a bit and he would be a much better bet, albeit not a 3 point shooter (he improved a lot but he does much more damage on the drive and from his playmaking/court vision or post up game).
He would be less cheap though as he plays for Baskonia and their contracts are generally pretty much locked on heavy buy out.

Anyway we are talking about role players.

I'm not saying he's LaMelo or anything (I agree that Kulboka is a spot up shooting role player in the NBA), but I don't think that someone with zero playmaking skill can pull off this no-look dish.

I am not saying he is not able to do it.i am pointing out that it's more than marginal in his game, and worst, it comes at a heavy turnover rate. I could say he is pretty fast and has a good basket iq if we talk about spacing and moving in the open court, but again, why looking for prospect like him when you can find some role players like this for cheap from the ncaa. With better defense.
For the record, i am following (with many countrymates) young competitions and i keep an eye on our european (and extra like israeli or turkish) prospects at a pro level (no way i am pretending to scout though, its just my own eye test). And not just for the nba, i am also interested in potential young players for my home team

We will see if he reaches his national NT in the future (talking about world/euro competitions, not qualifications games). It's not even sure Sedekerskis will even if Lith's are developing a new generation (post Kleiza, maciulis and alike).

Obviously i wish him the best but i really doubt he has that of a potential as a pro in elite euro teams, even in the nba.

Nice find. I wrote him off, didn't think we'd ever see him in Charlotte. Will be kind of fun if we could have him show up.
