There was some masterful coaching moves made by JB to get us back in the game.

All except leaving Monk in. He was terrible. Would have preferred Lamb or Parker.

I'm not even mad. Coach kept Batum and Marv out of the game for the majority of the 2nd half, we came back from 20 down and nearly snatched it in OT. He played Bacon Monk Bridges and Willy lots of minutes down the stretch. All things that never would have happened the last few years.

Proud of our guys. Sixers were dubbed a championship hopeful just last season and we played them even at home twice. We all know Embiid travelled (twice) and fouled Kemba.

I love the look of Batum with a wet towel over his head. JB is the ballsiest coach in the NBA. Embiid feasted. He's a bad matchup for us. But again, we're gonna keep getting better. Dwayne Bacon just gave Nic a wake-up call.

So what should we think of that Batum didn't play at all during the closing stretch, even with Lamb in the lockerroom. I know Bacon was playing well, but that guy has got to be thinking sht. Tony looked a little peeved himself.

Weirdly this is a perfect example of us being the most unclutch team in the league while also being a good game that we fought back into.

I'm still going with the take of it being embarrassing that we can't win close games.

Batum isn't thinking anything but about the 25 mill a year hes making. Sad, but true.
