I think Eric Collins mentioned during the last Sixers game that after Saturday's meeting, 7 of our last 30 games will have been against Philly. That's got to be one of the weirder schedule anomalies out there.

I hate playing the Sixers. Something about losing to them is always demoralizing. Especially this season- they've basically handed us both games with their awful play, but then the basketball gods step in and tell us we're not allowed to have nice things.

Oh and now they have Jimmy **** Butler. **** this

Because the Heat and the Bulls already have plans for Saturday night.

I've lost all optimism for this season

Will take a big win against the 6ers or a blockbuster trade to get it back
I don't support domestic violence. Thanks Miles

I'm going. I'm excited about getting to see 8 out of the 10 all time 30th team. Hoping for a nice upset but it should be fun anyway. Free t shirts too. At least the Hornets will have fresh legs and the 6ers won't.

It didnt kill my excitement because my excitement for this team is more about the next couple years (assuming we resign Kemba), but that Cleveland loss really shook me in terms of my outlook for this season.

I reconciled the Chicago loss because we didn't play that bad, we just didn't play that good and a career game from Cameron Payne that will never be replicated stole the win, but there is really no excuse for getting straight up rekt by that Cleveland team.

Maybe we are overreacting. Even the worst teams win some games and some of those wins come against teams that don't suck, but still... There were some other potential warning signs before the Cleveland game, so idk... I'm definitely nervous about how the next hand full of games play out.

My only plausible explanation for the dumpster fire against Cleveland is because our guys had their eyes set on this game. Sixers on a b2b. If we lose this game, I won't watch another game until 2019.
The Charlotte Hornets will win their first round series against the Boston Celtics in the 2021 Playoffs

That sort of stuff just seems to stick like mud to this team.

The Cavs team had 1 win on the season, is a dumpster fire and they beat us.
When the Nets had lost 1,00,827 games in a row 4 or 5 year ago who was the team they beat to break that streak? Us.
Then of course there is the 7 win season and the leagues worst ever win % that we own.

If there is some sort of crappy stat to own or a down and out team looking for a win or someway for other teams to laugh at us - we'll find it.

See you next year bro. Embiid owns Cody and Willy while the Sixers own the referees.

If I hear Cody groan one more time like an ugly woman when he has a clear path to a vicious dunk, only to stop in his tracks like Bambi on ice when he sees a midget standing in his way...

The only way I see us winning this is by getting Embiid into early foul trouble.

You can double team him too, or use Biyombo to stay on the perimeter and control the rebound.

I am more worried by Butler & Reddick playing together. Even more worried when Batum has to check Butler (for now).

We're not going to be able to contain their offense with no MKG. If we have any chance it will be to outdo them in a shoot out. We probably getting whomped.
