The Hornets are a thoroughly mediocre team, but if they can win the majority of their games against the Pistons/Heat/Magic/Nets then they'll be in the playoffs. It's gone pretty well so far on that front, I hope they can take both games against Brooklyn.

I have serious doubts that we can beat the Nets. But I hope I’m wrong.

For me to expect anything more than mediocrity would be insane at this point. Can't wait until we get to the real meat of our schedule. I seriously do not see us making the playoffs due to not taking advantage of a favorable start. The SOS only gets a lot tougher.

I think this is sort a a make it or break it week for us. 5 very winnable games coming up - Brooklyn twice, WAS, ORL, Dallas. We HAVE to win 3 of these and getting all of them would be really really good for our prospects going forward. If we come out of this with a losing record it is probably time to make some big moves.
